I me got a single "prototype" of an Animal duffel bag. Rather than keep/test it for myself, I'll send it out to one lucky member. Animal is looking for some feedback on this one. So if ya use a gym bag and wanna give this one a road test, post here. This bad boy is a classic, lightweight duffel, 24" long and 12" in diameter. One zippered side pocket, a zippered pocket on one end, and one main compartment. Handles for your hand and a shoulder strap. Definitely no frills. Animal logo. This is a one of a kind bag and may never be made again.

i can attest to the durability i am a collegiate wrestler and my travel bag is part of my life. all my competitions are out of state and i must take all my clothes, gear, etc a good bag is worth its weight in gold mark me down.

My duffle bag is my briefcase, it is my life. Everyday, I throw it in the back of my SUV and take it with me everywhere I go. In it, I keep my gym gear, my stuff for my athletes, meals, even my school stuff. It's gotta be tough, big, and it's gotta represent.

Traveling from work to home I put in 90 miles a day for work I leave at 430am arrive at the gym at 515-530 with trusty bag in hand...Do my training and pull a shake and a meal out of my current bag....change for work and throw it in the trunk...arrive at work drag said name bag to office take out protien and supps and meals in the mini fridge in my office.....at 4-430 leave office drag my bag once again to the car and go back to the gym for some cardio and abs......shower up and change once again and start my journey home....take the bag out of the car empty dirty clothes and pak wrappers and repack for the next day....rest and repeat monday-friday and take a trip to the gym on everyother saturday.....


I think that I can put any bag to the test...I have gone through 2 so far this year with wear and tear....straps bust, zippers break...shit happens haha

I would love to test this as my gym bag is not an ordinary gym bag, but my war bag. It is the thing that I take into war with me every session, every training day. It carries the supplies that I need to wage the battle that I fight to be better, stronger, leaner and to become who and what I want to be. The bag I carry is required to handle all that is thrown at it and in it. It can't be flimsy or weak and neither can I. My bag is me, and it carries my lifeblood to the gym. And to represent Animal and myself with such a bag would be an honor.

i can test it here in delaware at The Training Center, i don't think there is another gym locally that is worthy of such gear....plus my bag doesn't fit in the new lockers and has seen better days....duct tape only holds a bag together for so long lol

I carry 3 bags around with me everyday. One is my laptop/messenger bag which doubles as my booksack for college. The next is either a bag or a box. I have all my supps in it that i bring to work and take to the gym. I can't fit them in anything else...and I HAVE to carry them everywhere. And Last is my Marine Corps "Diggy Bag" which is basically a green digital camo bag that is NOT designed to hold much. I have my musclemag int'l magazines, gloves, straps, weight-book, and my mp3 player. I can't ever fit a whole change of clothes in it.

So i believe I could put this bag through hell and back. up at 6am, hit the gym, tossed in the trooper, head to class, back home for a break, back to class, to work, to the gym, back home. This bag will be opened, closed, tossed, oggled at, stretched, bitten (my dog), jumped on (dog again), thrown over shoulder, have supps, clothes, books, water, music, reading material and anything else I can stuff in there in it. If it can withstand my daily routine, I'm sure it can handle any other ANIMAL on this site.

I now walk around the gym with an expensive ass Nike bag, which is torn to shreds, and people keep asking me when I'm going to get a new bag. i could def use the animal gym bag...my college gym isnt that great and im always bringing my own equipment from chains to different types of lat bars to the gym. i also always bring the essentials of chalk, belt, and supps. basically i lug around a lotta stuff. i go to school in ma but live in nj and i go home very often (lifting in my basement gym when in nj) so i need to lug my supps and gym equipment back and forth every couple weeks and currently im jus throwin it in my trunk.

Hey, this looks like it's for me. I am notorious for carrying a little Animal pharmacy around with me. I have jars of protein and oats, containers of EAAs, creatine, and chalk. I just started powerlifting and all I have is a shitty Eastpak backpack that I have to carry some of my shit in, and its not even mine, its my fiances. I have to keep all my bands and extra shoes and other misc gear/clothes in my trunk. Talk about a fuckin hassle making 2-3 trips to my car to carry all that shit in and out of the gym daily. after not even 1/2 a semester of college so far, my gear bag is shot. I use it to carry everything from my food, shakes, measuring cup, water bottles, straps, belt, etc. and all the use and abuse has taken its toll on the bag. the inside is covered in protein shake stains and the handles are starting to rip off. I don't have a job in college due to no car on campus/no availability of on-campus jobs so money is tight.

an animal bag would be badass, and really showcase my attitude whereever I carry it around campus, including our sh!thole of a weight room, if you can even call it that. I'd love to test it out and the feedback would def. come after some real use and abuse.

I'd love to get my hands on this gym bag. My girl recently bought me a new dip belt for my bday, so I've got plenty of equipment to haul:
Weight belt, Dip belt, wrist wraps, wrist straps, knee wraps, chalk container, shaker bottle, water bottle, and random single serving packets of protein, bcaa's, and creatine (from the Arnold Classic).

This bad boy will get it's share of beatings. Dropped, scuffed, sticky from protein spilling, chalky from my chalk container exploding, soaked from walking to the gym in the rain.

I am a collegiate Animal duffel bag would definitely be worth while. My other gym bag is falling apart and I am afraid one day when I am going to the gym with my pre-workout pump music going my Animal cans will fall out...that would not make my day, no that would ruin my month.

If I would be granted the duffel bag, I would be one step closer to my journey.

I've gone through three other bags and am of the mindset that there isn't a quality duffel out there. I use my bags for supplements, logs, books, water, - work stuff - everything. My bags go with me in the gym, at work, in the car and out on the road when I need meals as I travel.

In short, I have a tendency to beat the scheiss out of my bags, so I challenge the "Animal Duffel Bag" to see if it can handle me...that's right, I don't think it's cut out for handling my lifestyle, given that all the other bags fell to ribbons.

I live out of my bag....at the gym training 2 hrs a day...1 1/2 hour of lifting and 1/2 hour of cardio....Then I am there another 6-8 hours a day working there. My current bag has so much chalk in the bottom of it, everytime I take anything out, I have to blow it off....Hell, my straps which were originally black are freakin' grey from all the chalk. Not to mention the animal pak packets....I got so many empty packets in there I could build my own hot air balloon!!!

I go to college in downtown Atlanta, so all my bags get torn to shreds all the time. They always get dragged against rough concrete walls; the strap breaks while I'm riding to the gym, thus resulting in gymbag roadkill; and my bags never seem to have the right amount of space to fit my schtuff. Geeze. I was wondering when is A gonna produce one like this. I tore my last backpack and brought myself a gym bag fitting that description. I just use it like, to keep all my stuff, coat, med apparatus, books, gloves, belt, clothes, food, drinks, supps. lol. Just one big compartment, and after 2 months, it's like about to be torn. Damn, so I wasn't gonna post here. As much as I would LOVE and Animal bag I had a pretty good one, and was going to let some other Animal have it. True mine is falling apart some, but I got it one year ago when I got serious with lifting and it's been with me.

Things have changed..lol. I recently changed my workouts to the AM, so I pack my work clothes to change into after I shower. For nearly 6 years, I have been pounding away day after day, week after week, and year after year paying my dues and trying to get my piece of the pie. During that time, I went through MANY MANY so called "gym bags". Everything from grocery sacks, backpacks, and many brand name "gym bags" such as nike, and adidas... None of them could ever hack it. The zipper broke, the bag tore, it couldn't fit what I needed... It was always something. I consider my gym bag a part of my life. I carry everything I need in it, including my supplements, lifting gear, spare clothes and meals if I am on the go. I also travel quite a bit and would love nothing more to represent the Animal brand wherever my feet may touch next. Ok so my old gym bag just busted today and all of my stuff scatterd all over the floor of the gym the problem had to be that the material it was made out of could not hold the stitching so when i put 5 lbs of protien in it along with my pack ,gallon of watter, flex and belt in it over the past 2 month it just wore out and broke at the seams! reguardless of the outcome of this contest I know I will be first in line to get a bad ass animal gym bag!

So if ya use a gym bag and wanna give this one a road test, post here. This bad boy is a classic, lightweight duffel, 24" long and 12" in diameter. One zippered side pocket, a zippered pocket on one end, and one main compartment. Handles for your hand and a shoulder strap. Definitely no frills. Animal logo. This is a one of a kind bag and may never be made again.

Requirements:
Gotta bust your ass in the gym and be willing to put this bag through its paces. Afterwards, you'll be required to provide a detailed report on the bag--the quality, the durability, usefulness, how much you'd pay for it, etc.

I lift heavy 5 days a week & live in the north east. It's coming into fall pretty good now and anyone will tell you it rains alot and it's colder now. I'll purposefully put this bag through alot of abuse, more or less like I do to my body when I train. I'll carry that motherfucker everywhere and double it as storage for my class books. I'll walk in the rain with it, throw it in the bed of my truck .. really see what kind of pounding it can take. Rep if you want me too I'll pack that fucker full of as many plates as I can lift just to test the durability of the stitches, I'll put a bag of sand in it and run up hills if I have too. I'll pay $60.00+ for that bag .. actually I pay what ever you want me to pay. Ive been carrying the same gym bag for about 5 years now and I cant part with it because I cant find a suitable replacement .. So what better than an Animal Pak bag as a new one ?

I train outa two gyms, a Gold's in the town I work in and a community center gym in the town I live in. The community center is brand new just opened this month.

This would provide good exposure for two reasons:
1) the folks at the community center don't have a clue how to run a gym, and ask my input every week.
2) I have not seen a single Animal product (shirt, hat, logo, etc.) at my Gold's. I even asked the front desk girl if they were ever gonna start selling Universal products in their retail section, and she said she had never heard of Universal!

Not to mention my current bag is torn on both ends and my gear keeps fallin out. (I've had it for several years and it is like an old blanket, can't seem to throw it out!)

I'll gladly provide a solid feedback review of the bag. I have shopped several "brand" gym bags, but haven't been able to pull the trigger.

I would love to give the bag a work out. my current bag is full of Animal cans, straps,belt,shirts,mixer,iPod,torrent,AOM,and some tuna cans with an opener. the top is torn by the zipper from all the hard times, and the grips are blood stained from deads. and if that aint enough i took the Animal stickers off the Animal tops and slaped em on the sides of my bag.

my bag right now goes everywhere. Work, where i teach martial arts, the gym, everywhere. It will store workout equipment, a few weapons, food, drinks, supplements, my log book, it will be tripped over, kicked over, stretched out, stuffed in places so it could be a good test.

Like most everybody here, my gym bag has alot of miles on it. So I guess the one thing that would make me a contender to be chosen for this Animal duffel is that I am in the Marine Corps and travel all over the world. As already mentioned in a few other posts, alot of people have never heard of the Animal line of products. I think having this bag in the hands of the military would not only promote the Animal line worldwide, but also help show their continued support to the troops.

Man, I was just taking a look at my bad and realizing that gym bags taking a beating, and most aren't designed to do so. In my bag, I carry around 6 Heavy Grip grippers for grip training, and these things tear apart the bag - they're heavy knurled metal so they really beat the bag up. Also, I sweat more than the ocean, so my shit is wet, and it stinks. My bag can't even handle the smell. Miscellaneous protein powders cake the bottom of the bag, it's gross and crusty, and my bag can't take any more Real Gains. Chalk is eating away at my zippers and getting stuck inside of it.

I beat my bag because it's supposed to be able to handle it. I haven't met a bag that has been able to though.

Hopefully I can meet the Animal bag and put it through some Philadelphian hard work.

If this bag can stand up to what I'm gonna give it, I'd be more than impressed.

today after i came home from my classes i had come to find out that my girlfriend had thrown out my bag and all my stuff in it due to the fact that i didnt go to a halloween drinking party last night with her.she had told me today she is sick of me always going to the gym. so now im lookin for a new bag to beat the fuck out of. i lift 5 days a week and work at the gym so from now on im gunna have to keep my bag by my side at all times or lock it my gym locker.if u choose me this bag is gunna look like its been through a war and more.

The Duffel bag is a ‘standard issue’ item in my gym equipment. I’ve been dragging along my stuff in a duffel for long time now. I throw in that change of clothes and supps, sneakers, tunage along with my water and supplement drinks.

I’ve started a second job last month and I’m riding the bus and subway to and fro so this bad boy could get a lot more exposure then in the past. My co-workers have been inquiring about the animalpak.com site and the supplements, FORVM, etc., so this would be another awesome conversation piece, because I’ve been spreading the Animal word…

I’m scoping out another new gym to workout at too, so there’s new turf to convert to Animal and Universal.

I love duffel bags, bleed Animal and would be honored to be among the chosen. I’m hitting the iron 4-5 days a week at this moment, working M-F and repping Animal 24/7.

There are a lot of very deserving folks on here that this would make their day. Me, it would be an honor, but I just replaced my old bag and this new one has lots of miles still left on it.

But Uni Rep, I just got one real question: It is well know that Animal is the line that puts its product first and hype second. Animal is the company that listens to it's customers cuz Animal customers are not here to be trendy or cool or temporary...Animal customers are FOREVER. my duffel bag is essential to my functioning. I currently attend college and live off campus...sometimes Im on campus for hours at a time and I need a bag that I can drag around campus as I make my pilgramege to the Mecca of the body building world...the gym. My bag carries my food...my supplements...my gym clothes....and theres nothing better than going home with an empty shaker and empty Pak packages all over the place.
