There was a show at the local high school that some dudes from the gym were in, so i was there all day helping them prep, oil, pose, and pump up. It was good to get there and be in the mix. It gave me the itch for sure.

One of the girls that i talk to alot at the gym was in Team U over the weekend. She ended up winning her Class in Figure, and turning IFBB pro .. this was only her third show ever .. anything is possible. Huge Congrats to her. Gina T.

Yea man, so far its gonna be Keto for now. I am doing very very well, Coach said i might have trouble making middles because how full im staying but the BF is dropping .. im OK with that! lol.

LONGGG but awesome weekend. No better way to experience Las Vegas with a bunch of good dudes. J-Dawg, NG, G, Wrath, Ox, Big Al, Vinny, The Freak, Rage, Kuclo, and many many many others.

Training was hard to get in. And many days i did not as i decided seeing the Olympia Pre Judge and Finals could potentially be once in a lifetime events that i did not want to miss.

Fret not .. i got my cardio in at 6am on the daily. Everyday.

I got to train Sunday with NG and my man Big Steve Kuclo. Its hard to believe standing next to him that we are the same age. Hes very inspirational and pushed me to the limits while doing arms. I appreciate his insight and it was great to train with a champion like Steve. Dieing was hard and i believe the only hot meal of the day was breakfast, but i got it done. I think half of my meals went bad as my fridge in the room didnt work the first night and i didnt realize until the next day. Ahh well, a little spoiled chicken doesnt kill everyone .. some i guess it does, but im still ticking and going along.

Haha, yea i think so. Its simply walking at a 2.7 (thats where i like it anyway) and i go 2 min intervals at level 3 then level 11 then level 3 then 11, it hits hams and glutes great, and doesnt pump the quads, which he thinks i was having problems with.

B! Haha yea cardio is evil, but a necessary evil, i have found, just as Vinny thought my legs have been too pumped and i was over working them. Now that i changed the type of cardio that does not involve my quads as much, they are coming in nicely.

Im a big fan of reverse pec dec man, keep the reps between 12-15. I usually stand up and make sure my arms are perfectly parallel to the ground, they shouldn't be going down on an angle.

Found a place to stay, got my finances in order for the next little bit, getting back in school for Physical Therapy. Things are smooth.

So far as this cardio goes, 60mins on a Sunday is good to do. Keep driving on man, and you're gonna do damage on the stage. Take FIRST homie.

The girl I had to job shadow scared me a bit when she said only 19 of the 42 people who entered the program where she went (and where I'm at) made it though and the rest dropped.

Knowing your motivation, drive and how you finish things (from what I've witnessed) ... I know you'll be fine. I had one online class this past summer but it was not Bio...just Medical term. Keep me updated and I'm sure we'll shoot the shit at Arnold about this some more.

I am taking L-Carnitine. There is also ACYL - Carnitine. I have read that the L is your best bet and the ACYL is just expensive th oral bio availability is not at high as the L. So i just stick with the L.
