Not a bad workout. I like the idea of having a separate day for Hams. Have you always been doing 50min cardio in the AM, or has that dropped from 60min recently?

Yea bro, i like it. I did 60 for like a week, dropped it back to 50, and now im back at 60 again lol. I just started today at 60.


Coming down to wire...every rep from here on out COUNTS! Squeeze on ever exercise to push out as much water as possible to make that one area tight! This is where they seperate the men from the boys....

Another solid session big guy, I plan on hitting quads and hammy's on different days as soon as I get back into the gym. I got some huge progress to make before I diet down again...although even as this diet ends I am already looking forward to the next one...damn this game changes the way you think!!

Haha, yea diet gets you all screwed up in the head .. i dont look forward to this for a long time. I just look forward to being on stage staring at the judges with the lights blaring back at me .

Yeaa man, i get his complaints, but he is a very motivated dude who helps push me to my limits. I like having him around, many of my past partners would bail, not show up, hes there man, every step of the way, im very thankful to have him around.

I only do my cardio in the am because i have a show in 3 weeks .. i can assure you that i would not be doing this in the offseason lol.

'I packed my things up and headed out of Jersey Shore Fitness after a serious leg session; the last workout for them until my show. It had just begun to get dark. The weather was brisk. I pulled up the hood on my Animal Zip up and strolled towards my car. The street lights were on, illuminating the downtown area. The stores/shops on the corner all had their respective lights on, enabling individuals to clearly see what was going on inside. Various scents escaped from the restaurant on the opposing corner as people waited on their dinner. The train had just pulled into the station. The bell rang a few times, alerting anyone who was hoping to catch the train home in time for supper. As I got into my car, I took one look at the surroundings and one single thought came to mind: I'm home'

How'd that lying DB leg curl work out for ya? First time doing those? I love that exercise, but the only problem is that you need to have someone there to pass you the DB.

'I packed my things up and headed out of Jersey Shore Fitness after a serious leg session; the last workout for them until my show. It had just begun to get dark. The weather was brisk. I pulled up the hood on my Animal Zip up and strolled towards my car. The street lights were on, illuminating the downtown area. The stores/shops on the corner all had their respective lights on, enabling individuals to clearly see what was going on inside. Various scents escaped from the restaurant on the opposing corner as people waited on their dinner. The train had just pulled into the station. The bell rang a few times, alerting anyone who was hoping to catch the train home in time for supper. As I got into my car, I took one look at the surroundings and one single thought came to mind: I'm home'

Damn. That was deep.

Yea i only did 2 bottle for about 3 weeks. I didnt do 5 all the time, i progressed up to it, so it lasted me the three weeks. Im coming to an end of the bottle any day now.

Yo bro, are you cutting? Or bulking? If your cutting, AM cardio is the most efficient as it hits you when your on an empty stomach. Green veggies are all great, i switch mine from broc to asparagus to spinach alot. And as far as post workout fruit, you cant go wrong with the carbs in a banana !

I was doing them wide for a long time, thats how they were taught to me. I watched House' video on MD and he does it more narrow. Check out that vid, i do it exactly like that and it hits my lats nicely.

Yea we are just going to bring the carbs down some, im really not that that depleted so we are not worrying so much on the carb up.

Wednesday will be 180 grams of carbs, 30 at each meal, alternating between oats and sweets.
Thursday will only be 100 or so of carbs, 15-20 at each meal, only sweets.
Friday is TBD.


Couple more weeks brother. Looking forward to being there in Bmore when you get that card!

I won my class (Open Middle Weight) out of i believe there were 8. Wheels came out nice, but for some reason i smoothed over by the night show .. I didnt eat anything between pre judge and the night show, just chicken and asparagus .. gotta make some tweaks for the next two shows coming up. Since i placed first in my class, i am now qualified for the NPC Nationals .. not so sure if im ready to take that on, however, i may be changing Venues next week and doing the NPC Eastern USAs instead of the INBW/WNBF worlds .. That will be decided in the next few days.

I am truely exhausted and sore all over .. But i have to keep chugging along .. 2 more shows to knock down .. ill have pics asap.

I took off Sunday and just relaxed. The food after the night show hit me like a ton of bricks all day Sunday and followed into Monday. I was so drained and was feeling real shitty. Im back and im feeling good now.

Monday - 7pm - Chest/Back.

I hit a quick chest/back session to get some blood going:

Decline HS / Lat Pulldown - 4 x 15/15
Cables / Reverse Pulldown - 4 x 15/15
Cable Press / Low Row - 4 x 15/15

I was feeling good so i hit 60 mins of cardio post workout.

Im back on track and i have my sights set towards the next one. Right now, i am leaning towards doing the NPC Eastern USAs ..
