Enjoying off season, just working on bringing up some area's of opportunity (sounds better then weak spots) I'd like to compete again before starting nursing school in
August. I saw on the NGA website they have two additions in the tri state area. neither has a
date. both in Jersey. May= new jersey states & in June Garden State Pro/Am. I'm planning on
the Garden State. Have to talk to Big Ant to get the game plan. Have a great new year & hope to see you at an upcoming ABC

Yo brother, and i actually dont monitor it that much. 210 has been the heaviest i have ever been, so 225 is gonna be a long hike, so im open. That being said i still dont really eat fast food, fried food, candy soda, ect. On the occasion ill have pizza or something of that sort. I am naturally very very lean, so i put on weight pretty easy as long as i eat and train with minimal fat gain. My goal right now is to get to 225 and not worry so much about BF% then once im there, i will clean up and try to stay in the 225 range and get to 10% before i diet down again for my next show.


Double Drop Death! Those are always fun sessions.

I wish I had a training partner on the regular to hit 'em up more often. Anyway bro, kick ass workouts in here and we'll see ya at the Cage for sure and maybe catch a workout on Friday night or something.

One hell of a back day and chest day. Do you feel after working your back that you can go heavy on deadlifts. I hate to even try because everything is already spent, and I don't want to take the chance of injuring my lower back?

IMHO online classes are amazing and I wish more quality schools offered them. Goodluck with that school schedule and training bro!

alot of bodybuilders lack hamstrings in there physiques,..im a firm believer that if you have great hamstrings, your legs will have a better overall sweep

if theres one exercise for the hams you absolutely cannot train without..what would it be?

Agreed, Many people do lack legs in general .. I would personally say SLDL, i personally dislike them, but its one exercise that you can push past failure. If your legs hit failure on something like curls, or laying curls, they comes a point where you literally cant bend them any more .. with SLDL, you can keep standing up.
