Still pluggin along. I am going to make it a point to make it, HOME, more often.

Current diet:

6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats, banana
7oz chicken, veg, PB
7oz chicken, veg, PB
60 grams whey, 1/2 cup oats PB
7oz chicken, veg, rice
60 grams whey, 60 grams fast carbs
6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats.

Simple and effective.

Not bad. Gym pretty much to myself, so thats awesome. Get in do my work, shut the world out, and get it don. Took some time to get used to a new schedule, but im in the groove now, and VERY excited to get back on the platform. Big numbers on the way!

Yes thats been the plan, however, since my store FINALLY opened, ive been working 7 days a week, and it will be hard to get a day off. Also, id be a 242er so id be Sunday this year. But yes, im still working on it! Ive had a PL "Coach" for a little while now, and i really want to see how we showcase it ...

Thanks man, good offseason!

Welp, I have always had my chest / half sleeve. I have done well in the past and those are the main areas judged, so i figured the rest of the sleeve shouldn't matter much. A good amount of it is covered by the tan tho, yes. But we will see whenever I get on stage again, if it hurts me.

Nothing crazy, but someone who has helped me fine tune a bunch the last few weeks. I think next year we will get more in depth and really see what we can do.

14 weeks out - 227lbs

Cardio up to 20mins 5x a week.

Dropped carbs VERY slightly.
High fat, high protein, still pretty high carbs.
One Cheat meal a week.

Had BBQ and pizza and a cupcake haha. OH and a bowl of lucky charms last night.

cardio stairs 5x a week 20 mins.

I feel the best Ive ever felt. Nick and I are in the zone.

How do you work your cardio? Is it steady or interval? And do you bother with things like monitoring your heart rate?

hey bro, thanks man! I do steady state on the stairs. Try not to get to crazy about little things. If its too easy I bump it up a level, if i find im really struggling and holding on, ill go down a level. I want a good heavy sweat and i should be hurting by the end. Ive tried HIIT and I personally wasn't a big fan. I know some guys love it, and thats awesome. Gotta find what works for you.

Intra - 100grams carbs - 2 scoops Animal Juiced
10pm - chicken - 2 cups jaz rice - honey

The goal this meet is a 1700 total, ill be in the 242 class and I believe ill be wearing wraps.

Ideally (realistically) i'd like to see:

Squat - 675
Bench - 425
Dead - 650

Which will actually give me a 1750 total.

Previous best numbers:

Squat - 650 ( in a squat only comp)
Bench - 410
Dead - 620

Coconut oil one has a high smoke point so very good to cook with. Its an MCT fat so its quickly absorbed but very good
for natural energy. Good for heart disease, weight loss, its honestly one of the best fats you can have. And its tastes good lol

yea last two shows i was top of the LHW, so we will see. And yea ive worked on and off with Matt Jansen for the past year or so, but ya hes had the reigns
for the last 2 months and into prep

Currently 14 weeks out.

Feeling good so far, strong, and leaning out nicely.

Gary and I will have some videos coming out soon, certainly look out for that!

4 x 30 mins on the bike.
1 HIIT cardio on the spin bike.

1 - 350g Egg whites / 2 whole eggs / 3 piece ezekial bread
2 - 7oz Ground turkey / 150g jasmine rice / 30g avocado
3 - 7oz Ground beef / 200g potato
5 - 55g Cream of Rice / 16g Almond Butter / 30g Animal Whey
6 - Intra - 30g carbs / 30g Atomic 7
7 - Post - 30g Animal Whey
8 - 7oz Ground beef / 210g Jasmine rice
9 - 200g Egg whites / 2 Whole eggs / 2 piece Ezekial bread.
