Ya sucks tho, because my gym got rid of the 100s, but has 110-140s. So i need to make a 20lb jump, which is not exactly easy, nor safe.

Yes sir. Dont have much time so im keeping it clean and slowly adding lean muscle. I finally started to come down off of the bloat, so i started losing weight gain, i can see my abs again ..

Donkey/Seated/Standing Calf - 4 x 20/20/20

Time to dial those legs down. I will keep my weights lower and my reps high as i want to get as much definition as possible in these next ten weeks.

You know man, i have trouble with my hamms. I need to step it up more. They drop for sure when im on stage, but im sitting here, and i dont feel anything, when my quads are just about back to normal. That pisses me off. And since my low back is feeling a little tweaked i wanted to take it easy on the SLDL. So im in a rut here, but im gonna just have to push forward and hit it harder.

Gotta step on stage shredded brother. My legs are lagging the in the definition department .. they were enough to win my class in Juniors and Open, but not for the overall show. Im looking for that hands down unanimous decision.

My boyyy OKM. I see it as i have decently large legs for a natural, so im not looking for much more growth just yet, just gotta define them down and ill be set. Calves are good, hams and quads, not so much. I got 24 weeks to define them. ha.

Its all in my head. I gotta keep my training partner moving and pushing. I dont have any other choice but to keep moving man. I honestly don't know where it comes from, but i am driven by the people around me telling me that i inspired them to do something and to get back going to the gym or eating healthy. Ill have to find a picture of me when i left HS at 140lbs, maybe the thought of looking like that again keeps me going. The gym has been my haven and sort of my escape from every day struggles for some time now. Its all in your head, it honestly is. There are days where i feel like im going to die at my second job i am so tired, but i still have to make it to the gym, so i down some coffee and a double shot of shock therapy. I just want to keep getting better, i have seen so many of my friends throw away such good talents for drugs and it makes me sick. I have been told i have a good future in this business as long as i dont slack. Whether that dude was lieing to make me feel better or telling the truth, i have no intentions on slacking to find out...

Don't drop the ball and you'll take it away with a driving force that's rarely seen in this sport. Keep doing what you do brother. You inspire and motivate a whole damn lot of people. How is the bulk going?

Slow and steady. Nothing crazy, im keeping pretty clean. I didnt want to goo too crazy and i have to start to diet again in August. After this show i may contemplate taking a good long off season and really putting on solid weight.

Chiro thought it was a bulging disk. I had a problem sitting for long periods of time for about a week and i had shooting pain down my leg. It was immediately following my last show and in the matter of two days i had put on 20 lbs. He thinks that probably had something to do with it, so he had me ice it and advil for a week and see. It subsided and i havent had pain since, but low back, to me, is nothing to fuck with.

Ya man, first test booster ever actually. And to be honest i didnt fel much until a few days ago on leg day. Ever since then my strength is just sky rocketing. I finished my third week yesterday, and im going to do three more weeks on it and see how we go! Im very excited actually. My weight is staying level and i like that i dont want to get too heavy as my offseason is only 7 or so more weeks, but if my weights are still going up that means im doing something right.

What i always did was drop the weights and rep out for 10 + do that and also alot of drop sets. For maybe 10 weeks i ended every chest day with a huge dropset. I put 7-10lb plates on each side and went until i couldnt, very slow and relaxed, then dropped a 10 off each side, and just kept doing that, so you just did 70 reps in maybe 2 minutes. That helped my strength go up for sure. I since stopped doing that and just went back heavy.

Ya the way im going i have my eggs/oats in the am. 3 - 4 solid meals at work depending on if im working both jobs or not. Then when i get home i have post workout shake then some chicken a little later. Thats the week, real strict, then the weekend is kind of whatever. Its my time to relax and just not worry so much. So far so good .. at the ABC on sunday at an official scale i was 199 .. i still have visible abs, all of them, so im not so worried just yet lol.

I have 9 more weeks of off season, until i have to start to diet down again, i think im going to shoot for 210, that will be my heaviest to date, and i want it to be clean weight still, and hopefully, that will put me on my way into the light heavy weight class, im looking to sit around 185 or so in November .. i figure ill take a good year off and do that same show again next November and hopefully be at the top of light heavies at 198 or so. Thats my goal. Id be stoked to sit at 198 on stage shredded .. Time to do work.

Im trying to just condition them some. That single leg leg press is no joke. I did it on a little dinky "life fitness" machine. It was intense and i had CRAZY veins going. So i think this will be a staple. As will smith squats. I can position myself perfectly so it does not affect my low back, i always had trouble with normal bar bell squats. Hams tonight!!

Solid ass work in here man. Doesn't surprise me though. What you sitting at right now weight wise? 9 weeks is a lot of time to put on some great quality size. I'm gonna do that for about 5 months and then diet down. A year??? Damn homes. You're gonna be effin huge. Lookin forward to this next show already.

Thanks man. Im sittin at a solid 200. Still fairly lean, but obviously not show ready, but im feeling good. I have never had a real solid offseason, but i think thats what i will do come november after this show .. i guess we will see when the time comes. But me and you both brotha, im ready to be a heavy weight haha.
