Natural athletes can usually take most legal supplements. They do not take performance enhancing drugs...

Yes, you're right, natural bodybuilders do have small waistlines.
Small? Small in what way? Yea, they dont weigh 300 pounds, but they are still some really big guys.

Natural Body Builders don't take illegal drugs.
Most supplements are permitted, but some organizations ban some legal supplements.
Most natural bodybuilders look small, because you may be looking at the wrong weight class.
There are HUGE natural body builders, and usually genetics play a good role with their mass gain, I am not advocating that they do nothing and only rely on genetics; I am stating that their genetics fuel their mass full throttle.
Also most guys 6' above look small, and 5'5" to 5'9" guys look more symmetrical and massive.

I think he means in comparison to bodybuilders in general. Yes,generally, natural bodybuilders would be hard pressed to keep up with those whom are assisted. They are 2 different kinds of animal. Respect to both.

If I was 170 shredded to the bone I'd be pretty damn proud of myself, for good reason. Veteran & genetically advanced naturals usually come in larger than this, but for an amateur or up-&-comer, that's a good size.
my friend is 170, has a six pack, and is not big, hes muscular and looks good, like hes detailed everwhere, but not stage worthy. hes 15.

Theres a far cry from having visible abs and being competition ready. At shorter heights 170 can be massive on stage. I saw a guy that was I beleive 5'4"-5'5" and he came in at 175. Absolutlely breath taking physique.

it depends. If u don't consider 240lbs while cut to be big then no. They still are big enough to walk into a room and every1 turn and stare

200 pounds compressed into a 5'8 5'9 whatever height, as a bodybuilder would probably be huge, whereas 200 in a 6'0 frame not so much...
Ask Bigant though, the man is like the guy from the beginning of Troy. The one Achilles stabs in the neck. No joke...the man is big.

I attended a few natural shows this past year.....
First off CORRECT they are not a big as the IFBB pros...but they are still some buit dude even the ladies bring in size
secondly while at the show you can almost not recgonize them if it werent for their protan..until they are up on stage just ripped to shreds and have full muslce bellies no dieretics just natural.......
supps are cool but no drugs....(juice or recreational) for 5 years with the extensive testing and polygraphs your gunna get stripped of your title AFTER YOU WIN HOW EMBARRASSING!!!
