k1usa (Russ) left me a voicemail. His life is in a transition but he is training hard, eating clean and making great progress. He should be back on the FORVM in a week or so and wanted me to tell you all that he missed all the Animals. Keep this fine man in your thoughts and prayers!

Thats what I like to see. Reguardless of what transition he is going through he is still training and still getting the meals down. Fuck yeah. Quite frankly I'm sick of all these posts about how 'Oh my gym is so crowded I can't even lift'.
Fuck yeah Mad respect to K1usa for killing it rain or shine. And Deeper respect for doing it at his age. No fuckin excuses thats what I like to see.
