I've got a good one. If you eat beef or venicin (deer meat)....then this would be perfect. Go buy a couple cans of corn, green beans, and carrots, a Ib or two of beef......or head to the freezer and grab a 2 Ib deer roast (i like venicin b/c its an awesome source of protein)...but a lean cut of beef is fine. And any kind of potato (preferably white). Cut up your meat and potatoes and throw them in a giant pot with your veggies and add water (for juice)..........add any kind of seasoning you want for taste etc.etc.....Cook it on the stove top and you've got a muscle building STEW. Refrigerate and take out any time you need a quick meal. You can put it in plastic containers and take it to work. You've got all your veggies, carbs, and protein all in one stew. Its good stuff. Hope this helps.

yeah heres one in the morning to add a little somthing to my eggwhites i grap purdue short cuts they come in all different flavors and they are fuckin damn good, they are pre cooked and pre sliced chicken breast throw it right on the skillet with the eggs bro mmm mmm delicious
Another thing...........fruit is good, its healthy, and everyone needs it in their diet. But its not necessarily essential for a "weight loss" program. You need a calorie deficit and fruit is full of calories and natural sugars. Its perfect for an "insulin spike" in the morning and post workout, and for gaining muscle mass......but you probably need more veggies if your not getting those in your diet. Complex carbs such as your potatoes, veggies, whole wheat foods, OATMEAL (ultimate for burning fat). You need more of these foods if your not getting them (practically a bodybuilding diet). Each meal should have 2 complex carbs and a lean protein (ex. sweet potato, green beans, chicken breast). Eating 5-6 small portioned meals like this a day will boost your metabolism and BURN FAT. Hope this helps too. :)
