What's up everyone....I'm 22, 6'4", 195 lb and looking to add some serious mass. I finally got my diet and protein in order, so I'm beginning to add back in supps and I have a quick question - I'm going to start a new stack next month of Pak/Pump/M-Stack/Nitro-G and I was wondering how I should time the intake of M-Stack and Pump since they both have stimulants in them and are pre-workout. All advice you can give me is most appreciated.

I Believe you are supposed to take the m-stack 3-4 hours apart, then the pump 30 mins before workout. the nitro/g is a post workout. Animal Pak I take it 2 times a day with breakfast 1 pak with after workout meal/food 1 pak. flex i take sometime in the morning so that it is with me all day.
I'm on the same stack right now. Pak 1st thing in the morning. If i am using stak 2, then I take it in the morning with my Pak. 30 min. before workout (noon) i take m-stak and pump together. I have not had any issues taking them together. But you definately dont want to take stak 2 and m-stak at the same time. take them 3 hours apart. I'd take m-stak with pump right before working out and take your stak in the morning or 3-4 hours after your workout. That is when i get my best results. Hope this helps bro.
If you haven't taken stimulants before or don't know how you will react to them you shouldn't take M-stak and Pump at the same time. Try to space them out take M-Stak a few hours before and Pump 30 minutes before your work out.
I take M-stack 45min before i workout and pump 30min. works like a charm

What about taking the m-stak 1 hr before workout, pump 30 min. before workout? I've been rocking stimulants in various forms for about 6 years and know I have a fairly good tolerance for them. I just want to make sure i get the max results from the m-stak and the pump and not waste a thing.

That's probably what I would do if i were you. If it hits too hard, just take the MStack a little earlier. Figure out what works best FOR YOU because no to people are the same.

First off, what time do you workout?
I always take Pump preworkout but depending on what time you workout, you can either take M-Stak a few hours before the Pump serving or a few hours PWO.
I use to take M-Stak 45 min. preworkout and Pump when I pull in the gym's parking lot. Those 2 supps worked wonders for me. I suggest play around with the timing a bit and see what works best for you.

what i do is i take m-stak 45 minutes before i hit the weights, then 15 min later i take Pump. It looks like this...
45 min before= mstak
30 min before=pump
I am also taking a stack of Pak, Stak2, Pump, & M-Stak (the two Staks on 21 day cycles). I believe it's impossible (or a waste) to configure a stack without configuring the primary basics: sleep and meals. For instance, it's very difficult for me to eat enough, often enough. So, excuse the long post, but here is my stack order and timing around workouts and meals. I would appreciate any suggestions/feedback. I'm always trying to improve. I feel like I eat as often as I can and still get 8 hours of sleep 12:30-8:30.
I "start" my day with by having a 50/50 Milk/Egg protein shake (my sixth meal or shake) at 10:30pm - 2 hours before I go to bed at 12:30. Eight hours later, when I get up. I am not really hungry. So, I have a light breakfast at 8:30am of yogurt, fruit juice, and 20g protein to just force a kickstart of my metabolism. The fructose does the trick. I do a very quick martial-arts based workout (crunches, stretching, and forms), but try to avoid any real cardio. At 9:30am I take 4 Unis.
Two hours later I'm hungry and I have my Pak with my regular breakfast at 10:30am. Usually an omelete made in the microwave with eggs, egg-whites and turkey sausage - about 30g protein. This is my pre-workout meal and the rest of my meals are 40-45g protein and I get right at 245g per day.
45 minutes later I take 4 more Unis and stack Stak2/Pump 45min/15min. I use that 15 minutes to do some pushups to warmup and get in the "zone" so that an 1.5 hr after my meal I am working out. I lift six days a week for a half-hour. I base my workout on compound movements and finish with isos that are always dropsets or giantsets. No rest, no bs. I try to get it while my concentration and energy are peaked out. Sort of HIT program although I am not a HIT disciple.
By 12:30 I get my PWO-Shake, then take 4 more Unis at around 2pm, and eat another meal at 3:30pm - usually salmon or tuna.
I take the M-Stak an 1.5 hr later at 5pm with 4 more Unis (17 per day). Then I eat my fifth meal or shake of the day at dinner 6:30pm.
At 10:30p - "go back, Jack, do it again". Hmmm, that might be a good sig-line.

Angst is the king when it comes to stacking Pump and M-Stak, I knew he would be around this thread sooner or later...haha

me too... and i take the stims out of both of them i dont believe in them.
