i been studyin for the ACE personal training test, goin to school, working, hockey and lifting and im really feelin like shit now. my low back hurts. both of my shoulders r in alot pain but i just started M-stak and pump like 5 days ago. i feel like its gonna go to waste now. should i just keep takin it and do legs and till my shoulders are better? or just take a couple weeks off? im in a real shitty situation. on top of it all i just got a job training and i can barely fuckin move!

I dont know, this is just my personal opinion, but 5 days isnt that much of a loss. I'd stop, heal up, and then continue, especially if you now have a job training, you need to be healthy for that.

dude a week off every 8-10 weeks is almost necessary in order to keep going in the long run, give yourself a little break. relax, let your body heal the little aches and pains, then get back to it.

Stop with everything but legs. With all the food and rest you get, this will be a great a oppurtunity fo give your legs a perfect growth situation, and your other aches and pains to heal. The only thing you need for you upper body during this time is stretching and ice, and do just legs until your shoulders and everything is good to go.

i agree with torque, and as a trainer myself i know how much of a bitch it is to study for that shit, just keep up with it...just hit legs, remember it is half your body in one workout

You can train however use pain as your guide. If something hurts, don't do it, period. Taking a week off may also help tremendously.

I suggest chillin out for a week bro. Go back 100%. I've had my fair share of injuries and pains. Taking the time off will help, you'll go back refreshed.
