You know, I like it. I seem to digest it alittle easier then Torrent. I mix it with sunny delight and it improves the taste greatly. I did a review on it:

more creatine- not sure about compared to the new creatine profile on torrent since they took out cee

I always made my best gains with Hard Fast...2-3 servings a day and no other supp is even necessary.

I've been doing the capsules, more for the micronutrients and antioxidants than anything. That profile is awesome.

I'm doing 9 per day. 3 AM, 3 with lunch and 3 before bed.

Stak - 45 minutes prior to workout.
Rage - 30 minutes prior to workout.
Pump - 15 minutes prior to workout.
Nitro - Immediately preworkout. Also after weights and before cardio.
Atomic 7/Gatorade - During postworkout cardio.
Uni-Liver - 4 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
Beef Aminos - 4 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
Egg Aminos - 2 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
PM - 30-60 minutes prior to sleep.

Honestly, and this isn't advised, I usually take M-Stak with the stims and wash it down with Rage. Were I more sensitive to stims, I would take out the red cap in M-Stak and take it in the same fashion.

I just do the 4 pre and then 2 before bed...on off days I do all 6 pre bed. I don't notice a difference between 2 pre bed or all 6 so far.

I am only a year in. I havent gotten to the point where I need the red capsule And the rage.

I'm out the door at 0430 some mornings. On those mornings, that capsule comes in handy when there's no time for coffee.

Looking good my brother. Preworkout looks good. Do you cook your oats? If so, I'd finish eating the oatmeal like 45 mins preworkout and then have the A7, Rage, Pump together about 20 minutes before training.

Postworkout I like, but I'd like to see some simple carbs (even if it is only 25-30g) mixed with the EAA Stack, Atomic 7 and Glutamine. Maybe just some Gatorade powder?

Then I'd take the Pak, Omega and Uni-Liver with that whole food meal and then Flex with the meal after that.

As for why I take Omega at night, I use two packs a day and figure the best way to spread it out is AM and PM. Nothing more to it than that.

Yea, I'm eating the oats about 45min prior. Lately, I've been doing 1/2 cup oats + 1 scoop Protein 45 min prior or so. Then 15-20 min preworkout 1/2 scoop A7, 1 scoop of Rage + 4 uniliver. I realized I'm not crazy about Pump. Actually, it's the fact that I just prefer the powders instead of pills.

Postworkout I'll drink my EAA Stack, 1/2 scoop Atomic 7 and I've added 1/4 cup of grape nuts cereal to my 2 scoop protein shake after that 42g. I'll move flex to my meal after that chicken and cottage cheese. I can change the grape nuts to a simple sugar if you think that would be better.

i have always had trouble sleeping, whether it being uncomfortable, or too many things running thru my mind, or stims too late it the day...or what not, i like zma and animal pm when i took em, but when it came down to those nite time aids or pre workouts or aminos i always skipped out on the nite time stuff, then i came across melatonin at my grocery store for a 90 day supply for 2.99, thats dirt cheap, so i gave it a try, i have been on it for like 4 months now and still sticking with one tablet every nite and i can tell a difference in my energy levels and how i feel in the am...its made a big difference for me, not sure on the dependency thing, id like to say that when i stop taking it, if i do that it wont be an issue, but cant say for sure...sorry not much help in that aspect.

Wow, mritter you sound just like me. Ask your doctor about Temazepam. It's been used for years and is used as needed. I've used it with success and use it about once or twice a week. If I'm feeling tired I don't use it. If I feel like I may have trouble falling asleep I do. Very safe and effective.

That is great insight bro. I totally agree on the efficacy and value of melatonin, just like I said, paranoid that I wouldn't be able to sleep without it. As for the million things racing through your mind as you try to calm down and sleep, I can completely relate.

Ha yeah that pretty much it. Its working well I eat 2400 calories a day on training days and 1800 calories on rest days consistently dropping 1-1.5 pounds a week. i highly reccomend the leangains template of it.

I like it man. I throw NSC in my supplement regimen every so often, because I like the Phytonutrient and Cell Protection blends in the formula, more than for any specific performance purposes.

I take it with my first whole food meal, along with Pak.

Wow. That was an old stack. Haha.

Yeah the Animal Max (which is now Max Protein in the Universal line) came with small scoops which you could measure at 10g of protein at a time, allowing you to tweak your shake as needed. That was actually a cool aspect of the product--flexibility. There was no less protein per container than any other typical 2lb jug, but the scoops were smaller.

Simple is always the best course. I use all I do because I have the access.

That said, the basic combo of Pak, protein powder and creatine served me really well for a long time.

Money is tight right now but, in a few months, it will get better. At that time, I'll reassess and get some more. I'm thinking PM for sure and I'm still reading up on the others since I'm not that familiar with them. My Flex should be in soon and possibly some protein. I still have creatine too, I'll start adding that in.

I took one last night after my workout and then one again today around 10AM CST. My knees don't seem to be aching as much as they were but, I've had a few days rest since squats.

Could be. I've cleaned up my diet and been drinking tons of water, and since squats were last Saturday, I'm sure it's just recovery. Shoulder is still hurting so, once that goes away or eases up, I'll know for sure.

I think hydration, EFA intake and general calorie intake all can help the joints to some extent. Throw Flex in the mix and it could be a confluence of events working to your benefit.

When I consistently started using 2 packs of FLEX per day, I noticebly felt less knee pain after 3 weeks...
I squat twice a week at least.

That, and in a lot of instances, the convenience and simplicity of the pills allows you to more easily cover your bases, and bridge the gap between whole food meals.

There have been many times when I was set to have a real meal soon after training and just used Nitro in the place of a shake. And then ate soon after.

As far as preworkouts go, I pretty much always pack a tub of Rage XL, wherever I go. It is compact enough to make it fit in my luggage, gym bag, whatever.

Especially with a little bit of carbs in the system. I've been having some cream of rice about an hour before I train. And I think that plus the supps is a perfect combo.
