My main supplemental protein source has been Animal Max (Vanilla), which I used 10 scoops of yesterday. Some days I use more, some days I use less.

That's funny, I was wondering what would happen if you took 2-3 doses of Test a day. Have you noticed a difference at all?

I think you definitely could... Like maybe taking a second pack postworkout minus the stim cap to take advantage of the leucine and adaptogens in starting the recovery process. Peace, G

Here's how Intesity does it:
Meal 1 - Pak & Flex, probiotics
Preworkout - Pump
&
M-stak (soon to be alternated with Test) - I will run two cans of M-stak then alternate with 2 cans Test
During - sometimes I will sip on eaa stack or bcaa stack
Post workout - Torrent (I loves me some Torrent)
I will have protein shake or MRP between some meals with an added fiber supplement.

Before bed at 9 or 9:30am Flex with 50 grams whey
Immediatley upon waking 1 serving of Universal BCAAs

I am on my last day of N1-T and all I can say is I've made my best size and strength gains yet while on it.
Pak with first meal of the day.
N1-T, 24mg ephedrine (and shock therapy if it is an early morning workout) 30 min pre-workout.
Storm, EAA Stack, and WMS immediately pre-workout.
20g Pure hydrolysed protein, WMS, and Creatine Mono immediately post.
N1-T and melatonin 30 min before bed.
A mix of gemma protein and milk protein isolate throughout the day (roughly 4 scoops).
I will be starting ZMA tonight.

i say you could do that, or you could stack it with Universal Iso stack, so that you are spacing out your doses of Flavones. However, it is time for
Iso stack to be reformulated, Im callin for it, it is redundant with N1-T, just like the old mstack was with stak 2.
But this is a great thread, i love seeing everyones stacks.
i am guilty of a little overspending as well, but hey, everyone has a passion, gotta blow your hard earned cash on somethin rite?? lol

ok, first of all, save torrent only for pwo, it's quite expensive to be taken before bed, and it only has fast-absorbing proteins, because it is meant to be taken post w/o... in short terms, while you sleep for 8 hrs, it won't last in your bloodstream for more than an hour, probably even less...
before bed you should be lookin' to get some slow absorbing proteins like cassein whcih you can find in every dairy product, including milk, cheese, yogurt and so on... also consider taking a bit of fat (my favourite at this time would be peanut butter) so as to slow down the releasing of protein, to last longer in your bloodstream

Yeah, I was only taking 1 scoop before with milk and pb because I didn't have any other sources of protein at the time...didn't mean to make it sound like i do it all the time by the way I wrote it, lol

I've got atleast one more real meal in there. I do a big potato/meat meal while i'm at work.
i just really can't eat that much. the morning shake fills me up for a good 4 hours. by that time, i take either the PWO, or i'm at work, so i do the "creatine" thing and then my potato/meat.
i WANT to eat more i just can't find time to.

I don't know about a grand retail, but I do have it good... A few years back, before I was affiliated with Universal, I spent probably about $200 a month on supps (protein powder, creatine, Pak, aminos, test booster, vitamin c). That supplement stack was definitely more than sufficient to keep me growing consistently. Peace, G

I agree with HAWK. Taking all that stuff with 4 meals a day, you are expecting a miracle to happen, right? Come on kid...take out all the supplements first, leave pak maybe. Work your meals up so you get in at least 6-7 a day, that should be your priority. Add some real gains shake in there in between meals to fill you even more up. Right now you are still young and you can gain like crazy...you have to eat EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY, forcefeed yourself if you have to, get those nutritious meals down. You will see tremendous gains. Right now what you are doing is relying on "miracle supps" to get you there which ain't gonna happen.
You got alot more reading and learning to do before jumping into decisions. Read around the forvm, there is A LOT of information. Remember, supplments are just that....SUPPLEMENTS TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR REGULAR DIET...right now your diet looks like crap. Diet is at least 80% of this game...get to learning and reading some more brother...ask away if you got any questions. Peace.

It's not about wanting....YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE! It's not that you can't, you don't want to. If you wanna get huge you have to eat bro, even when you're not hungry, slam those meals and shakes down. Again, forcefeed yourself if you have to. Taking all those supps while on a poor diet is definately not going to bring any results. Eat up my brother!

Honestly... food is a lot more expensice then supps; just do the math and I guarantee if you're on a heavy bulk (like me) you're happy if you have enough bucks for food and maybe the basic supps

I've found the more extensive and complicated my postworkout shake has become, the more bloated and full I am and the longer it takes for me to get those whole food macros in. When I get done training at night, my goal is this: postworkout shake, meal, shake before bed. If my training ends at 10, I drink my shake and am too bloated to eat for 2 hrs, that leaves me eating at midnight and makes it a struggle for me to get my pre-bed shake in. This for me is unaccepatble. I've got a new supplement plan for January '08 that will hopefully address these issues. Peace, G

I had pak for a long time but ran out and lacked the cash flow to restock. Christmas is here though so i should have enough cash to restock on it.

Hah, you know what they say, if its not broken don't fix it. Everybody's different man, i might be a little sensitive to it because i hear the daily dose is 3-5mg, but if it gets you to sleep and you have no problem getting up, its a great thing. Heard it also helps with muscle recovery.

My personal preference of those two is Tribulus Pro (or N1-T)... When I use it, I take 6-8 caps a day for best results. However, a test booster will be less effective for somebody at 22, just as it would be less necessary for me at 29 than a bber who is 40+. Peace, G

Yeah I've read that you shouldn't eat foods with calcium when taking ZMA. This is what I do before bed, and I am bulking:
45 minutes before going to sleep: ZMA and GH Max
20 min. later: 1 bucket cottage cheese and 2 scoops casein protein (that's over 100g protein)
20 min. later: 4.5g GABA
This really works for me. I sleep like a baby and since I started this I've been packing on some serious muscle.
So i assume just spacing it out is good enough eh?

If I could, I would try to spread the shake out slightly time-wise from the cottage cheese, treating each as their own protein meal, even if I was only putting an hour or so between them. As for the ZMA, don't change your macronutrient intake to accomodate it, simply take it the way I do--with a handful of my other supps, last thing before I go to sleep. Peace, G

I know you want G to answer this question, but I can tell you this much: No, you don't "really need" 2 packs of Test. You don't "really need" one pack of Test, and you don't "really need" any supplements for that matter.
We like to take our training to extreme levels, we have pretty extreme diets, and sometimes some of us like to experiment with extreme supplementation.

Here's my current stack on a day where I have only school and no work
Breakfast
go to school
lunch, uniliver and pak
go to gym and drink gatorade, eaa stack and bcaa's
post workout creatine mono and nitro
half hour post workout weight gainer
steak, uniliver
2 peanut butter sandwiches, uniliver
another meal, flex, fish oil
last meal, fish oil
shake before bed
basic shit right there - pak, flex, nitro, eaa stack, uniliver, creatine, efa's - all you can possibly need for packing on meat

Right now, I'm pretty much doing the following:
6:30 Weight gainer shake. Just ran out, actually. So until I get more, it'll probably be 2 scoops Ultra Whey Pro mixed with oats and PB and like 12-16oz of whole milk. Sometimes food. 2 Uni-Liver, Vit. C, EFA's, Grapeseed Extract
9:30 or 10 2 scoops Ultra Whey Pro mixed with 8oz of whole milk.
12:00 Usually a sandwich, cottage cheese, cashews, yogurt, some type of carb source. 3 Uni-Liver. Animal Test.
3:00ish Some type of snack. Usually protein bar. 2 Uni-Liver.
5:00ish Animal Pump
5:30ish Workout.
7:00ish 2 scoops Ultra Whey Pro mixed with 8oz whole milk. Animal Flex.
8:00 Dinner. Meat, pasta or rice, veggies. Salad. Most likely one beer. 3 Uni-Liver, Vit. C, Grapeseed Extract, EFA's.
9:00 Cup of oats if dinner was before 8.
10:00ish Slower digesting protein shake mixed with 8 oz of whole milk. Multivitamin.
That's basically what I'm doing. Sometimes I eat more food and less shakes.

I change my supp regimen every few weeks, so I'll update my protocol in a couple weeks. In the meantime, what are you on?

Yo G, where's the intra-workout supplementation? You're not using the BigAnt drink or anything while you lift? I'm not sure whether or not you've tried this yet, but Torrent actually makes a hell of an intra-workout drink. You should give it a shot if you haven't already.
My only problem is that I like what I drink when I train to be light and easily assimilated. I hate bloating and feeling a pool of fluid sloshing around in my gut while I'm trying to train. I generally have some watermelon EAA Stack or Gatorade or water or a carb drink. I've gotta keep it simple. I save my Torrent for after I train. I like the idea in theory and have tried it, but it doesn't work for me in the real world. Peace, G

Hmmm, compared to the majority i don't use much supps i believe:
I take my Flex after breakfast. I think this is one of the best supps around, by the way.
I take my Pak after diner with plenty of water
Pre or post workout i take FastGain3100 or RealGains, depending on what i feel like, mostly with extra protein (peanutbutter, eggs) and fruit blended in the mix.
I have experience with other supps like Lava, Torrent, Storm, ShockTherapy and all worked fine. Just experimenting with what seems to work for me so far.
I am gonna start creatine-intake soon, so i will throw Kre-Alkalyn in the supps-routine.
i only take pak and protien now :D

BC - For the price of your glutamine, storm, and waxy maize, you can easily afford some Torrent. I strongly suggest investing in this product. It will make a drastic change in the way you feel and look after working out and so forth :)

Pump - about half an hour to an hour after my first meal, before my workout
M-Stak - same as above, I take out the red pill though
Nitro - with some sugars (like gatorade or whatever, after my workout)
I also take whey with my first meal and 30-45 minutes after my nitro. Occasionally I'll have it before bed as well (with milk so I get the casein as well)
That's it really, tryin' to keep things simple. I haven't been training all that long so I've been trying rely as much as possible on whole foods before I go crazy with supps. What you all think?
Morning upon waking: Cuts (while I am making my 6 eggs)

Storm and Waxy Maize 10 min out
During Workout:
Intra-Aid (thanks to Universal and the Canadian Promo) during the entire workout
75g dextrose 20min prior to end of workout
Immediately Post Workout: 20g hydrolyzed whey, 5g creatine mono
40min Post Workout: 20g whey shake and 2 whole eggs with a source of carbohydrate
Throughout the day: Omega 3 complex and Uniliver

Pak, Omega, 4 Tribulus Pro, 4 Thermo Green Tea in the AM
Pump, 3 NOX3, 3 Beta Ala9, 4 carnitine caps preworkout
BCAA Stack or EAA Stack or Intra-Aid w/ Gatorade intra
Torrent, 2 packs Nitro, 6 glutamine caps, 3 NOX3 postworkout
6 GH Max, 4 Tribulus Pro, 1g Vitamin C, 3 ZMA Pro, Omega before bed

Meals: 3 Uni-Liver Tabs with every meal (7 meals a day) + 2 Super Cuts w/ meal 4
Pre: 1 Serving Shock Therapy
Intra: 1 Serving Intra-Aid + 1 Serving Storm, + 1 Serving of EAA Stak + 1 Serving Of Glutamine
PWO: Sip on 1 Serving of EAA Stak + 1 Serving of Glutamine while driving home
PWO/Home: 3 Scoops of Cherry Torrent w/ 1 Scoop Universal Vanilla Iso-Whey
Meal 7: 2 Super Cuts
Basic and simple, I eat enough food to cover everything else!
