I won the supplement log promo and will be receiving the following:

Animal Pak
Animal Cuts
Animal Pump
Animal Nitro
Universal Storm

As soon as I get it and can start stacking and training, I'll be logging my results here. I look forward to it.

As it stands now, I measured (via Army taping method) 206 lbs., 5'10", and 17% BF. We'll see how this goes.

Here's the scheduling. I usually work out in the evenings just before dinner.

Wake up:
• Animal Pak
• Animal Cuts
• NON-TRAINING DAYS – Animal Pump

30 minutes after lunch:
• Animal Pak

2 hours after lunch:
• Animal Cuts

30 minutes pre-workout:
• Animal Pump
• Storm

When I step into the gym:
• Animal Nitro

Leaving gym:
• Storm
• Animal Nitro

so tonight i did just a chest workout - due to changes in my ROTC PT schedule, i am having to change things around a bit, but i had a great routine nonetheless.

you see the scheduling for the stack above, and i followed it to a T. here's how it played out.

1st, i did as many pushups as i could without stopping. normally, this is around 40. tonight, it was 53.

2nd, i did incline barbell presses. i've got bad shoulders, so i don't press much weight, but tonight, i pressed more than previous. i did 3 sets of 12, 10, 9.

this is about when my energy starts to ebb. not tonight though.

i then moved into my flat bench flyes and did 4x15, 12, 10, 9 with more weight than usual.

by this time, i've got a pretty solid pump going.

on the pec deck flye, i cranked out 4 sets of 15, 13, 12, 11, again with more than expected.

finally, i did as many pushups as i could and got 21.

i love the way this stack makes me feel when i'm lifting!

diet's not incredibly precise - i'm bound to eating as well as i can in the dining hall on campus. i try to keep it clean w/ high protein, medium carbs, low fat. i'm also ensuring to get my mushrooms and broccoli to ensure i get chromium.

yesterday was back day, and the increase in strength and focus is mind-numbing. i had to stop 3 times to let the pump subside. i fucking love this shit.

as far as a comprehensive log is concerned, i'll be getting my stats (ht/wt/bf%) officially done in the next couple of days and i'll start from there.

hey fellas. sorry about not posting a log for a few days - i haven't been able to maintain a schedule given my first priority at present, doing well on the LSAT, which is this saturday. once this weekend is past me, i'll be back in the swing of things. bear with me. i won't disappoint.

LSAT went well - i'm predicting mid-160s. tomorrow and monday i've gotta be out of the area for an academic debate tournament on medical ethics. after that, i'll be starting up the log again. thanks for your patience guys.

i got microfit tested and found that i have the following stats:

5'10"
204 lbs.
18% BF

as it stands, i'm not quite cutting, but something like it. i'm in training for a triathlon and still want to keep muscle mass, which is important for this triathlon, b/c it's in the mountains and i need the strength to push me uphill as well as the endurance training. as soon as i get measured again, i'll let you guys know. throughout my training, i'll provide interspersed updates as well.

16% BF, 205 lbs.

my energy and focus in the gym are insane. my endurance is going up, and my lifts are getting heavier. all that matters to me though is the BF% and lean mass weight.

the only numbers i'm worried about are those that follow (and they represent the end state of my supplement cycle):

203 lbs.
14% BF

LSAT - 163.
