19yrs, 5'11" 225lbs
I take the paks like this:
Animal pak(Breakfast and PostWO Meal/Food),
Animal Flex(Breakfast or Lunch),
Animal Stack2(45 mins Pre-Train),
Animal Pump(30 mins Pre-Train),
Nitro(5 mins before and Immediately after),
Real Gains(30 mins after),
Uni-liver(Breakfast, 1 hour before training with mashed potatoes, Dinner)

If you have any opinions on my stack, should i take something out, keep it the same or take more or less. I have a specific question on can i take 2 paks of nitro after(would it help). Cost is not a problem if i have to take more. and should i keep the real gains or switch to another protein(Lava, Animal Max) I am trying to get as much out of supplements as i can. I got my nutrition and sleep times together just need help in the supps department. thx

What are your goals?

If you are bulking, I would stick with the Real Gains, and if not, I would look into Universal Ultra Iso Whey, Lava, Egg and Milk, or Hard Fast

As far as taking the 2 packs of nitro post workout goes, I wouldnt do it, because its really not needed. Nitro has the exact amount of crucial aminos your body needs in one pack, no need for two bro.

I would probably take out Stak 2, just because of your age. I dont think that you would benefit that much from it.

Also, unless you are doing a comp. or your training is unusually intense right now, I would take just 1 Animal Pak per day, not two.
