The mass building routine "wheels of steel v.2" is incredible. I tried it for the first time the other day and really liked it but was surprised i was still walkin. I found that i had to much rest time in between the supersets. This routine will make grown men cry. The lactic acid was building up to my eyes!! For the first time ever i actually had veins shooting outta my calves. I think im gonna need a wheel chair for my next calf session. thanks G Diesel its just what i need to get my calves up to par!

Hes the article for anyone who is interested. http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=158&section=training

this calve excercise blew me away, i did it after quads and hammy's and i ended up limping out of the gym, putting this everytime in my leg day, absolutey painful but in that good way that keep you coming back for more, DO IT

I'm pretty sure it's Bulldog, but I could be wrong. Looks like it would hurt though. I'll have to try it later this week.

I do this calf routine currently and three days later I still feel the burn in my calves. Since calves are hard to build, I would definitely try G Diesel's calf supersets. I promise you won't be disappointed!

seems like a nice workout, my calves are veiny most of the time even when they are cold, but for sure they get a bad ass pump the way i work them, i may try this soon

and the guy in the pic is the one and only "B.C" "bulldog"
