I make an effort to get to the gym four days a week and with my work schedule, I start my workout around 5:30am. Currently, I am stacking M-stak with Animal Pump while taking a pre-workout liquid energy supplement. I recently purchased Universal's natural sterol complex and I want to somehow introduce this into my pre-workout supplementation also, but I am concerned that all the supplements will somehow overstimulate my system. I noticed that you are to take the pump on an empty stomach but most lifters suggest you consume a protein shake prior to lifting. My question is what is the best stack to take early in the morning to acheive the optimum results?
Depends on how early you get up. I also lift in the morning (not that early) and i eat 6 egg whites& 1 yolk about 45 mins. before workout and i have no problem taking A Pump 20 mins. before the workout. Don`t worry about overstimulating ... but i think you don`t really need that energy drink.
I agree that you could probably drop the energy drink. I workout at 5:00 a.m. also and tha Pump should be enough unless u really feel like you need an extra push.

when do you take m-stak? I work out at 5:30-6am. I drive 20 minutes to my gym so I take Mstak before i start the ride and Pump half way through the drive. I try to eat a low filling high protein breakfast, but not really sure how to work it all into that 1/2 hour 45 min. when do you take m-stak?
