they overcome my biceps, how do i fix this!
work out your biceps...do concentrated sessions.
no matter what you do, your forearms are going to get a great workout. other than that...live with it.

Unless you got a set of "Wrath's" on your hands, I wouldnt change anything...

I agree. Stay away from bicep workouts that include the forearm, such as reverse curls, hammers, etc, until you feel your biceps have caught up.

could use straps aswel to stop your forearms growing any more unless they have always just been huge

Your complaint about muscle growth is a little sadder then somebody complaining about stretch marks..I wish my fores grew easy!.Take pride in your meathooks..their one of the first things people look at it..Deal with it.
Well jeez mate you should have just asked me to fix this lil problem. You are actually posing wrong. You are bringing you're hands to close to your shoulders. Just 90 degrees and it doesnt put your forearms on the biceps.

Double E my brotha...liftbigs got a point. The way I see it, you first see someone off the street...she looks at my face, that's human instinct the first thing she'll notice. Second thing...my gigantor meathooks! (the plural fellas...keep it clean!!!) Now I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'll get there. It's one of the all time tell tale signs you take care of bidness in the gym by throwin some serious iron around.
Long story short...be proud of those m-fers. If you look like popeye in a few, so be it!

I think this is the thing to focus on here. There's no problem with an imbalance, just your posing technique.

I would love to gain muscle as easily as that. Keep building and even out by concentrating on bodyparts later.
