You need a partner for this one -
pick 2 excercise like seated dumbell curls and something like machine preachers.
each exercise, do 3-4 sets adding 5-10lb each set, continue to get 12 reps each set.
get a barbell.....put weight on that the 2 of you can get 15 reps with -
you get 10, hand it off to your partner and he gets 10......go back and forth like this until you each get 100 reps. NO RESTING.
