can anybody tell me what "big ant Drink? is?? i don't know. is it close to garbage?
Ant's intraworkout drink recipe using BCAA Stack, Storm, Glutamine and powdered Gatorade in cold water. Far more nutrient heavy than any commercially available formula. Awesome for allowing a steady trickle of nutrients and promoting anabolism while training. Peace, G
