Hey guys i have a problem thats been bothering me for a while now. muscle imbalances. it is most obvious in my chest and traps. i dont get it because its my left trap thats more defined and my right pec thats bigger. i dont use a straight bar for chest due to an old shoulder injury. and advise would be great thanks again.

im not sure i undersatand what your asking?
are you saying youve got better development on one side of your body than the other?

same problem...just stick it out focus on the more mind muscle lift but keep the weight tough enough to get what ya need out of it. genetics......beat the shit out of em bro. you are what you are make the best of it and lift hard as shit

i've also heard something about a chiropractor being able to fix muscle imbalances... i think he streches out the nerves or somethin.. im not sure but i heard somethin like that along the lines of it..

Your imbalance may be a result of the injury.
Switch to dumbells for all your lifts. Use one-arm movements. For Example, whie doing DB chest press, press with just one arm for x no. of reps. Then Perform reps on the other side.
Your imbalances can be corrected through weight-training strategies.
