lol, just kiddin about the bloated part

ill start with what i had today

1/24/06
upon waking- 50 grams of whey in water
20 min later....

Meal 1
8-9 egg whites 2 whole eggs
Oatmeal 1 Packet- the sugary kind, i know i know, its 50% less sugar, only 6 grams

Meal 2
2 Chicken Breast
Yam
leftover rice from last night

Meal 3
2 Breast
Yam

Serving of muscle milk and Whey mixed together in skim milk

Workout 1hr and 15 min later
PWO shake

Meal 2
6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs

2 Chicken Breast
Steamed Rice

Meal 4
2 Chicken Breast

Meal 5
London Broil (never tryed it before, swear its one of the best)
Veggies
Whole Wheat dinner roll

Meal 6
Muscle Milk, Whey, skim milk
Oatmeal
