In light of the recent post on dips, figured I'd run a poll on what you guys use dips for....one of the best exercises out there. Even if you don't do them a specific way like I listed on the options, just pick which muscles you specifically use em for...

I've been using them for tris when I train arms

I like to use them on both chest and tri days. I really like weighted dips.

I usually do dips for chest day, some times I will do the dip machine for triceps day.

There's something about sets of dips; wide and narrow for chest and tri's that's satisfying.
Add the dip belt; even better.

im not too picky when i do dips. one week ill do em for chest and the next for tris. they are a great starting exercise for both muscles so why limit them to just one part.

it's really hard to decide which part of your body they hit most...can't figure out myself, but I do'em on my tris day

I do them on both chest days and arms days..one of those days will be weighted, the other will be for reps to failure...depends on my mood and how close to total exhaustion I am!

Last chest day I supersetted 6 sets of weighted dips with dumbbell flyes.One of the best chest pumps I ever had.In and out of the gym in less than 45 min. including warm-up and stretching.

Since I train chest, shoulders, and triceps all on the same day the decision is pretty easy for me. I do prefer, form wise, to hit the chest more because I feel my chest development is harder to come by than my triceps.

i do them whenever my chest and tris arent sore i love them and feel that they do wonders for chest and tris so whenever im not sore ill throw 2-3 sets in on any day i can

I usually do them only on Tris day... it just gives such a burn!!!

I like dips for tris, good way to start warming things up.

I do them on both days. Regular ones for chest, bench dips for tris.

I do them with a narrow grip, on my upper body day. Warm up with bodyweight then start throwing the weight on. I dont know why anyone would do bench dips.

i always do dips for both iv tried bench dips they didnt work at all for my triceps dont know how
