Hey guys. Today I started this stack:
Animal Pak
Animal M-Stak
Animal Pump
Animal Flex
I bought these 4 cans about 3 weeks ago knowing i'd start today (sunday, october 4th) since it was the first sunday of a new month. Makes it easy to keep track of things.
Took the pak this morning after breafkast... then later m-stak and pump before my workout (30 mins apart). I'll take flex about an hour from now.
Before I even got started with my workout, I noticed a nice rush of energy that i've never felt before with stuff like no-xplode. During my workout, i made gains in EVERY single exercise I did tonight (chest).
The thing that's just completely unexplainable to me is that I havent been able to make any gains in my chest flyes for about 3 weeks... and today I more than DOUBLED the weight on my chest flyes. How? I have no idea. I blame it on my Animal products.
I feel more motivated than I ever have before.. and am thinking about starting a thread for my journey. Thanks Universal, for helping to turn me into a true Animal.

stak looks pretty solid I'm glad you're making gains so early... and the nice part is just about to come, wait for a week or two and you'll see

You got exactly the same stack as me, except this week i throw in Stak2 as im on my last months bulk, and of course Nitro.
Well if you made those gains then thats great as Pump & M-stak only start showing their full potential after a week or two, so your well away. Keep it up and keep feeding the M-Stak!

hmmmm....sound's like placebo. I doubt supps can make you double your weight on the first day. Maybe you were just in a rut and needed some refreshment? Don't get me wrong, these are all great supps that can enhance performance, but not after one dose. Not trying to rain on your parade, but I'm just letting you know you've had that strength all along, now the animal is just being unleashed.
You have a good point. I also forgot to mention that I forgot to take one of the red pills out of m-stak/pump. That may have had something to do with it. No matter what the reason though, today my chest is more sore than it's ever been before and I love it. Can't wait till my next workout.
I've now taken my 4 can animal stack for the 4th day, and i've noticed something interesting
I am cutting body fat right now, and have been losing about 1lb per week while continuing to gain on my lifts and lowering body fat % previous to starting my animal stack on sunday.
Since I started my animal stack on sunday, i've noticed that every morning I wake up, I am 2-4lbs than the night before. Now I understand that body weight can fluctuate throughout the day, but usually it averages out between meals, bathroom breaks, etc. The pounds I've been losing over the last 4 days have stayed off, body fat is 4% lower than it was on sunday, and I am still making gains across the board over last week's lifts. I am currently about 11 pounds lighter than I was on saturday.
Anyone have any idea what's going on? Im sure some people would say that such fast weight loss could be unhealthy. Is my body just having a massive positive reaction to these animal products?

So you're 11 pounds lighter in six days, it might just be water. What's your diet like?
My diet has been very clean over the past several months, with cheats/refeeds once a week (whenever girlfriend has a day off work). It's pretty basic. I've completely eliminated all trans fats and high fructose corn syrup from my diet. When i have to go out and can't eat my normal stuff, i'll bring a couple of the 20g Clif Builder's bars with me to eat. They have a bit more sugar than the average bar, but taste great so I was willing to make a little bit of a sacrifice there.
About my water intake, i feel that it has increased somewhat over the past week since i recently bought myself a 52oz "bubbakeg". It holds enough water to last me through my entire workouts and cardio sessions. I also made it a rule to always refill it as soon as I notice it's empty, so it's been really nice. I dont even get pak piss because I drink so much now.
6-7 meals per day (once every 2-3 hours)
1-2 gallons of water per day.
whey in the morning and post workout
casein or cottage cheese before bed
Breakfast:
Either a whey shake with nonfat milk, oats, pb, and a bananna.. or a bowl of some variety of all natural protein/bran cereal (im always trying different kinds). I've also been trying to get a bit more creative with breakfast, experimenting with protein pancakes and stuff like that.
Meals #2-6:
Usually some combination of tuna or chicken breast or orange roughy fish or lean steak, and brown rice or veggies, and an apple (usually 2-3 apples a day)
Before bed:
Cottage cheese or casein shake
