Hi, i was wondering about the rotuine 10. There is not a specific forearm plan in arm day or other. should i incorporate some wrist curls in arm day/use 1 of the days off out of the 2?
Could some 1 please give an answer to what they think is best?

depends if your forearms respond to indirect work, some do , some dont.
if yours dont theres no harm in throwing some in at the end of your arm day.
mine respond good to heavy barbell curls strict, and hammer curls.

i have not done a work out like this but similar and i have always thrown in some wrist curls, just to get a killer pump going, and to get the fore arms bulging.

one more point, do them after bi's / tri's but you already know that right
