Hey everyone!Ok , i'm frustrated and need some advice.Back 2 weeks ago i started training as usual with high intensity as i got used to ,shortly speaking i felt no pump at all.No blood streaming , no pump , emptyness...As i finished the exercise i didn't even feel tired , i just finished the set as my strengh went out and at the end of training session i had a feeling i didnt even train.I thought ok , maybe its not the day and ill try next time.Next time , same shit and over and over again, same shit.I changed the weights , changed the intensity, had a few days off, but i still feel nothing during the set or after it so i though you guys could throw some thoughts on this. This shit started as i finished my first CUTS cycle with a great result. Thanks in advance.Peace

hmmmm
make sure your diet is in check
enough water enough carbs enough everything-including good eating the day before u lift
make sure youve gotten enough sleep all the time
change up your routine-less sets maybe, how many sets are u doing per workout?

could u post your diet and workout routines?

could be a lot of factors!

More info is definitely needed.

Also a pump is not a clear sign of improvement... it's just an amazing feeling. It's the same way with the after lifting soreness.
