Do many of incorporate these machine movements into your routine? I don't see many workouts either posted online or in articles that use these movements. On leg days, I go with the standard, squats, leg presses, extensions, and whatnot (deads I use durin' bacc days). Do I still need to hit up the abductor machines as well?

I use 'em every couple of leg workouts, do supersets of adductors and abductors. They help a lot in sumo deadlift/squats and help the quad sweep.

If any of you out there are having any acute knee pain, warming up on an abductor machine can really help that out. Most athletes, bodybuilders get a tight illeotibial band (its the tendon that connects the abductors to the lower, outer side of the knee. B4 a leg workout ill hit 2 sets of 15-20 on the abductor and stretch it out real well too doing a lying leg across stretch (kinda like a stretch for a real delt, but for the leg)
