First of all, remember...we're ALL brothers. Even if we're confrontational, we're still here for the same damned thing.
I'm sure some of you have heard me talk about my shoulder in other posts. Well, I may or may not have torn my rotator cuff. (Yes, I made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor for Tuesday.) In any case, I signed up for a free week pass at Strong and Shapely in East Rutherford, NJ next week and would like to actually take advantage of it, so here's my question:
Can any of you come up with a four-day split routine that would put little to no pressure on my shoulder? Obviously, I'd really appreciate it.

Take the week off for upper body, and get a couple leg sessions in that week. With the extra rest you will be getting, you should be able to get two good sessions in.

Torque, that sounds good, although I'll have to work around squats because I had almost 500 on the bar, causing the shoulder to shoot pain into my neck.
I can't even begin to tell you how much that sucked, especially since my training partners both achieved personal records.

That really sucks bro, sorry to hear it. I guess youll have to focus on walkin db lunges and sled work(hacks and leg press) for quads. Good luck man, let us know what the doc says.

Damn straight; thank you, bro. Also, I'll share whatever advice he gives as far as preventing injuries goes.
