Barbell Press: 4 sets
Dumbell Side Lateral: 3 sets
EZbar Upright row: 3 sets
Cable Front Raise: 3 sets
Cable Crossovers: 2 sets
Barbell Shrugs: 3 sets
Barbell Curls: 4 sets
Incline Dumbell Curls: 4 sets
EZBar Cable Curl: 4 sets
High Cable Curls: 3 sets
After working out I also 20 min of cardio.
Tommorrow is Leg day. Hope my PT goes easy. Yeah sure he will......
