View Full Version : New-Whey Liquid Protein?
Hey I saw an ad for some of these new liquid protein shits,they got 42g of protein and their liquid. Any of you guys tried this yet?How is it? I've been looking for a new way to up my protein pre and post workout cuz i hate protein bars. How did they work for you?
I tried it for a while, it gets expensive though. I thought it was decent, and real convienient, however, I just don't have the funds to do it. I'm a tried and true shaker bottle guy. But, if you got the money, I guess try it out for yourself and devise your own opinion.
Yeah, protein shakes are the way to go. Bars aren't my main protein supplement. I like to have 'em once in a while, but 3-4 times a day I'm shakin' up some whey.

i was given a 8 pack from work. taste was okay, but i didn't "feel" as if i had drank a shake. never felt super human powers or anything,either. good thing they were free. now, excuse me while i go shake up some real gains........
