Absolutely unbelievable session. Thanks to everyone who made it out, and those who took the pictures. Can't wait to do it again! Lots of PR's broke and friendships made. And Body Builder's is definately the top hardcore gym around!

I was unable to make the lift. Although, I had a crazy Animal lift with my buddy in Indiana. I was so motivated by the other Animals and the Akron Lift, I busted some new PR's as well. I will be at the next Chicago lift and 100% for Arnold!!!! Here are some lifts...

Flat Dumbell Bench: 115's for 6

Dumbell Shoulder Press: 90's for 6

Deadlift: 500 for 1

I weighed 215 with 13% bf before the lift.

Judging from the pics and subsequent posts, it looks like you guys meant business. Well done BAM, G, and all the Animals who helped organize and be a part of the event.

And to the person who works at Bodybuilders (pwbbi, i think), I've heard only great things about that place, and I regret not having trained there yet. It's on my to-do list.

Can't wait to see what the BAD ASS has up his sleeves for the next event.
