i ran out of my 100% whey and have little money until next week. i bought the walmart protein called body fortress. what do you guys think about this stuff? is it total shit or is it decent for the time being???

Its alright, i used it for a little while. If you go to sams you can get 6lbs of protien for about the same price as the walmart one.
its alright tasted pretty good in my opinion(chocolate that is).sams is better to purchase it from though in bulk but since you were short on time i doubt it mattered.just to let ya know your thread may get closed for infractions but i aint sure just a heads up.
