so here it goes guys.. i was so tempted to do my journey for a while but never really did it.. so ill start by some stats and supplements

animal pak, optimum whey, purple wrath, cell mass, uni-liver.

just today i added pump and nitro to my stack.

usually eat 6 meals a day and dont worry that much about my calories like a little anorexic girl..

I major in nutrition in college and i usually end up arguing with my nutrition teacher about my protein intake who strongly protects her "uhhh if only bodybuilders eat normal and drank more water they would get bigger..." lol.

what i eat usually varries alot, whole eggs, steak, peanutbutter, milk, fish, rice, multi-grain bread, multi grain pasta, raisin bran, oats, chicken, tuna, veggies here and there for shits and giggles, hehe..

this schedule ends up gettin changed alot.. haha

yesterday's workout.. suppose to be an off day but couldnt resist so i did some whole body workouts
10 mins warm up eliptical
20 mins punching bag
abs 6 sets
clean and jerk, 4 sets
squats 4 sets

today, shoulders and tris

shoulder press dumbbells 5 sets, hit 70s - 6 reps last set
hammer strength military press 3 sets, burnout....
side lateral raises 4 sets
dips supersetted with push ups 4 sets
wide grip upright rows 3 sets
rear delt machine 3 sets
cable tricep pushdowns supersetted with cable pulldowns..
10 mins punching bag - cardio...

drank my oj with nitro, head home..

i weight around 170 i can see my abs but not that low bf.
bench 205 - 5 reps - or 100s - 3 reps
deadlift 245 - 5 reps
squats 225 - 4 reps (ass to the fuckinggrass)

yeah totally agree with ya but its that monster inside that i couldnt feed enough..

it was pretty much a cardio workout anyway, very high reps, fast wokrout..

Good workout... I agree with pizza though,,, rest means rest...... If your putting the effort into workoing out like you should be,,, your body will normally want to rest.... Anyways have a good thanksgiving... Ill be following you..

hack squats 5 sets 90, 190, 190, 280 - 4 reps, 190,
lunges 4 sets, 8-10 rep range

then they kicked me out.. hehe

hanging leg raises supersetted with inflated ball crunches 3 sets..

since i jsut started to take pump i took cellmass outta my stack, it was very low anyway.. also im only takin half a scoop of purple wrath since pump has some aminos in it and i wanna make that supplement last since im broke as hell..

So stack looks like pak, pump, 1/2 scoop purple wraath, nitro, liver tabs, whey protein.

shoulders

warm up
barbell press, 135, 135, 155 - 6 reps, 135 ,135
side lateral reaises 4 sets
upright rows, wide grip 4 sets last 2 supersetted with with cable side raises.
rear delt moves 4-5 sets
machine militart press, high rep burnout, 2 sets
shrugs, 3 sets

calves 3 sets.

by the way my roommate is bitching constantly, about me studying, eating, lifting, bitches about animalpak.com, watching bbuilding videos, and as i type these words he still is bitching. now is complaining that we are loser, "im a loser"

i Just told him that dont include me in that category since i found what makes me happy in my life, haha..

btw i been having some stomach issues for the last couple weeks,, just recently started to take acidopholis 1 cap a day, and also drinkin herbal teas that include, peppermint, chamoline, lemon balm which are really good for ur intestine.. i woudl recommend it to eveyrone since we put so much pressure on our digetive system..

yes ill try to get some pics up,, if chandler brings his camera to the gym...

i also think figured out my stomach problem..

i might be alergic to milk, which includes whey protein, it just makes my stomach sick. so we ll definetely see if i am or not in the next couple of days.

about that 2nd session, ohh yeah i definetely did overtrain and i know that. i havent done anything that crazy for a while i just wanted to take a leg day trainin to a new height..

i had a super hard time walkin to classes, even sitting or gettin up from chairs was a torture..

also i think i got some kind of stomach virus, it is totally destroying me but i got a plan..

so today was back

pull ups 5 sets

2 warm up set of dumbell one arm rows

deadlifts, worked up to 235 - 5th set

t bar rows, 3 sets

one arm dumbbell rows, 3 sets, 85s last set

rear delts 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

so today was an off day, which meant for some light cardio cuz last week i did not do any cardio on the off days..

i had the craziest full body pump especially on my shoulders arms, lats, and chest..

did some low intensity laps about 10 laps..

then did some high intensity laps of 1 lap rest 30 seconds and repeat..

incorporated backstroke and some bunch of shit and just kept my heartrate up which was the goal..

update on my stomach, still not back to regular but feelin better today, last night my stomach was horrible i dunno why but just was...

seated dumbbell side raises. 4 sets

wide grip upright rows, 2 sets

cable upright rows supersetted with cable side raises 3 sets

rear delts 3 sets

at this point i had the craziest pump ever,, decided to do some quick cardio

3 mins high intensity rowing, 20 push ups,, 2 circuit

10 min swimming.

guys itsalldelusion is a one of my homeboys, who like to talk shit about every one in our friend circle.. well it goes in circle one week its me one week its someone else.. he gets pleasure out of causing pain to other ppl. and when he sees that his words are so annoying and pissin the person off he just keeps doin it, and this gives him the greatest pleasure..

he was always against me lifting, my lifting habits, my dieting where i showed up with my tub of cottage cheese and all the times that i refused to drink with him.. he got a account on fovrm just so he can talk shit to me.. u can see that all his posts are replies to me and against me.. he is just another guy that tries to break me down but he will not succeed.. he helped me out alot in the past and i have the greatest respect for the man but to this day i still dont understand why he does what he does.. obviously me being an animal bothers the guy as much to the point of makin an account on a respectful site and talkin shit..

i have decided experiment alittle bit,,, droppin carbs from my diet.. today i dont eat any carbs at all which is an off day... i know that i wont have any energy at all, i never really tried to cut down before, i have always packed some muscle and stayed with the same amount of fat..

ran up 12 stairs to my apartment

today was deadlift

6 sets of warmups,

deadlifts
135, 135, 185, 225 - 8, 245- 5. 255- 3, 225- 6, 135, 135, 135(sumo style)

3 sets pull ups, 12, 10, 8

now im struggling to eat chicken cuz i cant move...

great workout,, also running low on carbs so we kept it short quick and intense...

today was shoulders

wide grip upright rows, triple setted with seated side latereals,, arnold presses, 3 sets

cable side laterals, cable rear delts 3 sets

rear delt machine, 2 sets

couple more fuck around sets, and some rotator cuff exercises for my shoulder..

this was an extremely quick workout.. for the last couple weeks i been incorporating more supersets for my shoulders and im liking the burn and pump from it.. since im trying to cut down anyway, this is giving me more of a thermogenic effect..

followed it immedeately with nitro with grape juice

30 mins later banana , whey protein isolate

now imma go eat some eggs or chicken or somethin.. while i study for the non ending finals...

gotta put more muscle on and lose the fat.. my goal by the summer is about 170-175 ripped..

was short on time so no cardio went to work all night...

everything coming along nicely, i got a new supplement added to to stack, it is about 2:1:1 ratio bcaa supplement and also some glutamine added to it, drink it before workout and through it..

take the animal nitro right after with some sugars

also animal pump before.. but im almost outta that one

well, today was a good day got me a new much needed new laptop for school work... i went through a whole semester of college without a laptop which was annoying and today finally got a new one..

anyway yesterday was legs

squats, 4 sets
front squats 3 sets
hack squats 4 sets
lunges, 3 sets
donkey calf raises, 3 sets

swim for about 10 laps..

pretty good workout, had a crazy leg pump now today my legs are pretty sore and am gettin that nice quad seperation and size finally....

doin great, now my 32 inch waist pants dont fit me no more, gonna have to get some 30 inch waist, lol...

weight is the same.. strenght #s are goin up, measurements are gettin better..

i came back to my old town from school which was 3 months ago and alotta ppl that saw me said that i have gotten much bigger and gotten some complements, ppl also told me that i have lost weight too.. which i been the same weight just packin on muscle losing alittle bit of fat..

i would guess my body fat to be around 10-15%..

i can see the 6 pack under, but dont have the seperation in the vertical lines..

since i was workin like a slave dog for the last week i decided to take 3 days off from lifting.. since i was blasting my body with crazy workoouts for teh last 3 months and havent taken any breaks and lately my shoulder was starting to inflame again, and all my tendons and joints are feeling upl.. so up the dosage on the fish oil and take these 3 days off..

tomorrow will do some light cardio run/jog..

wednesday back in the lifting with chest day..

so i just wanted to let u guys know abit of my diet.. it fluctuates alot but the principles are always the same.

raisin bran cereal, with 2% milk
with either 6-7 eggwhites or some whey shake.

peanutbutter jelly, chicken or some kind of protein

before workout, 1/2 scoop purple wraath, 1 scoop xtend.
after, juice with nitro
30 mins later whey, with fast digesting carbs like bread, rice, potatoes
30 mins later a solid mean with chicken or beef, with slow digesting carbs

rest of my meals later in the day consist of just protein and fat,, i can just sit there eat peanut butter all night.. usually bunch of egg whites, chicken, or steak.. sometimes canned tuna

try to get in about 5-6 good meals.. my idea is to keep my carbs around my wokrouts.. before and after workouts so i can get full use of the spikes insulin levels.. i been gettin some good results this way and my workouts are still full of energy..

right now im not takin any fat burners or even takin any caffaine, green tea here and there rarely.. i wonder what would happen if i was to get on cuts..

try it out.. g diesel wrote couple articles about circuit training.. i know that michalik from 80s also implemented alotta superset tripple ever quad supersets in his workouts..

i even heard about him doin 70 sets perbodypart in one workout, might be too much but it was workin for him..

i just get me some milk and cereal, hahah.. i been chokin down 12-15 egg whites a day and about 3-4 of them whole.. cut the carbs way down, and cycling them so i still have energy for my workouts and able to lose fat..

also drinkin much more green tea thanks to mom, i just get the tea bags from the bakery too, lol..

the update with the haters, everyone is pissin my off lately, so i just scream and yell, but i dont give a fuck, more incentives to lift even more hardcore..

so i go there for my 2nd meal, and grab my 1/4 pounder with fries and cup of coffee..

eat that shit as a friend of mine is eatin a big mac too..

after i go to the gym, have one of the best shoulder workouts ever.. so i tell chandler and adam, the secret... eat ur cheeseburger everyday before lifting hahahahah..

no presses since i did chest yesterday and my front delts were still a bit sore..

side dumbbell lateral raises, seated.. supersetted with front raises.. 5 sets

uprigth rows, supersetted with front raises.. 4 sets

side cable raises 5 sets, done very quickly, with a drop sets..

rear delt machine somehow i gained alotta strenght on this machine.. 3 sets with a triple drop set at the end..

face pulls 3 sets

power cleans 135 - 8, for 3 sets

shrugs for 2 sets..

took my nitro head back for some cardio.. ran up and down the stairs in my apartment complex..

gettn cut slowly and its workin.. finally figuring out what works...

yesterday was chest kinda had a powerlifting workout.

flat dumbbells worked up to 95s for 3 reps

flat barbell rest and pause technique.
185 - 3 for 3 sets

dips 4 sets, high reps

flies then some more dips

today was back

dumbell rows worked up to 95s for 10 reps
6 sets

bent over barbell rows 135, for 4 sets
hammer strenght pulldowns. 3 sets
close grip rows 3 sets of drop sets cuz the machine was maxed out with the weight.. so i had to do high reps thus go for drop sets

after 3 sets my back was done....

deadlifts 135 high reps 2 sets

clean and power clean. 135 for 2 sets

it was a good workout..

no but i did for a maybe couple weeks back about 2-3 months ago, but not at the moment. wrappin up, using mineral ice, and icing works good for elbow problems..

im kinda experienced at this point with joint problems and now know how to deal with em effectively.. i iced my shoulder yesterday after workout, there is no pain at all right now soo, today imma go do back after my bio lab which starts about an hour..

i followed mostly joint advice given by big ant...

both good workouts... i had midterms for the last 3 days so it was a bit hectic but i got alotta meals in still not much sleep but imma sleep tonite for as long as i can...

still icing the shoulder but overall its fine. legs tomorrow and then a day off should be good for it to completely heal..

the low carb diet is starting to catch up to me.. i felt extremely shitty today, tired but i got through my workout good.. my roommate is takin animal cuts and he takes out the stimulant pill and gives it to me and i been poppin that one before workout and i feel that it gives me some energy to get through..

lol, mentally.. i think that went out the door long time ago..

i dunno what im runnin on but it keeps me goin for some reason that i cant even understand myself. I just keep comin back the next day for some more punishment, it seems as of that i dont care about anything else but i really do. but the more i think about all the fucked up things in this world, it just pushes me away from people. i just dont wanna be around ppl... I just hang out in my little circle of my friends that understand me and except me.. i feel as of that the situation is changing, before they would question and judge my actions but everyone got used to it and now they just accept it and dont worry about it much which is good.

i was ridin the train alot for the last couple days since my car broke down and it kinda made me realize the real shit that we live in.. the routes i have to take goes through the shittiest parts of philadelphia and camden, NJ, those of u from the area now what i mean.. and i just walk in between 30F degree through the crowd of homeless people that gather around the train stations askin for food and money. while i sit here chokin down eggwhites and throwing away the yolks for my selfish goal makes me even more sick for some reason.

Its not really up to me or to anyone to judge others actions or how they spend their money but i know the worth of money.. im not saying this to brag about anything but i been workin since i was 14 and everything that i got right now i worked for. Im not sayin that my life is shitty or anything.. it just fine, i live in a nice apartment in the university city of philadelphia and go to school and always have food which im really thankful for.
But when i come to think of all the people with millions and millions of dollars why r there so many fuckin poor and so many fuckin rich. why cant we all live in harmony and peace where every one is happy but i guess im askin for somethin that will never ever happen. I just keep hopin that maybe one in the future more people will realize my points..

I did really stray away from the subject of lifting and why we do what we do but i just like to come here sometimes and release my thoughts or imma start goin crazy...

like recently i met this nice girl and i been spendin some time with her and i do enjoy hangin out w/ her but i just cant let myself trust anything or anyone and i feel as though im wastin my and her time.. but maybe i just dont know.. i contradict myself probably every other sentence by now.. we ll just see how it goes thursday is valentine's day and i guess ill get her some flowers and choclate or even maybe take her out to eat.. worst case ill get to eat some of her choclate for some cheat meal, haha..

to add to the lists of problems, today i decided to take it easy on my shoulder and swim.. but hey what the fuck ya know? my elbow starts killin me.. i have a good swim workout, i come back and ice the shit outta of it and wrap it up and now im fine but we ll see how both of them turns out. after all it looks like im gonna have a date this year with the power rack again, haha squats..

just like machine said take a little visit to the local singles club.. probly gym is gonna be empty but w/e...

i had elbow problems before but this time its bad..

i upped my whole egg intake more. eat about 5-6 whole eggs a day and maybe about 6-7 more egg whites on top of that.. chicken and milk are the staple proteins at this point.. its hard for me to get red meat cuz im broke and i get all my food from my moms bakery/restaurant so all that free eggs and chicken i can eat, which is great and that has to do it...

i just came back from my interviews for my co op for the uncoming term

and i might be gettin a sports medicine internship job with the drexel athletic team.

work with the athletic trainer and help with injuries and physical therapy to the athletes on the teams.. migth be an fun and learning experience..

chandler and adam are lookin solid..

adam is about 1 month away from his contest. still got maybe another 5-10 more lbs to go but he is pretty shreeded right now lookin real good.. legs are gnarly (*chandler)...

chandler is big as hell, he is doin cardio everyday and doin good with the keto diet... he carries around his tub of peanut butter haha.. its funny when he whipps that shit out in the middle of hte gym eating it outta the spoon...

so i have neglegted the fuck outta my journey. i been lifting eating, strictly but just not loggin it in here.. cardio about 3 times a week..

eating so many eggs i manage to make chandler sick just by tellin him that i eat eggs, lol..

broke as a motherfucker so i just eat as many eggs and chicken breasts i can cuz i get em for free.. as far as supplements go. its just pak and fish oil.. rest is pure anger and desire..

next week i got home for break, change things up a bit, different gym, more relaxed but still being alone at home sometimes makes things depressive but gotta stay strong.

alittle update,,

gained about 5 lbs on m-stak already, on the 2nd week...

squats 225-8 ass the fuckin grasss......i got really good mobility where i can sit down comfortably with the whole weight on me all the way down.. i been squattin like this for a while and im doin pretty good lately with the weight slowly goin up..

i never been that strong but lately i been gettin stronger...which is pretty good..

my weight is right now like 175.. pretty lean..

i dont take any days off right now.. using the m-stak to its fullest effect..

diet looks like 12 whole eggs a day,
all i can eat chicken breasts...

maybe 1lb of steak a day, maybe 1 can of tuna a day.. depends on how i feel,

about 6-7 meals a day, i just go with the feel.

first meal of the day includes my power meal always the same.

whole wheat cereal with 0 sugar, taste like cardboard but fuck it... with whole milk.. with flax seeds and about 3-4 whole eggs, some times mix the milk with some protein to give it some sweatness but i can put up with the dry taste...

rest of the meals of the day consists of proteins and fat.. afterworkout is some grape juice and big meals..

not many supplements.. just m-stak and pak alotta eggs and meat..

u might as why so little supplements, cuz im broke as hell, and i was able squeze in a m-stak and and some bcaa from a friend who works at vitamin shoppee who gets my supplements shit cheap.. but even with taht price i cant afford.. i get unlimited supply of eggs and chicken from my moms restaurant.

i havent been able to post here cuz i been busy with school and work.. and i work on my weekends and during week i have alotta school work and gym so i dont have time to post.. but sometimes im lazy..

the diet is pretty old school.. good old eating till u cant move... i have said fuck supplements cuz for the last 2-3 months where i was using the least amount of supplements i made my best gains...

also couple days ago i got a new PR on the deadlift. 315 for 2 and finally my weight is starting to go up..
