On all supps which works better for you for me powder like glutamine, nox2, etc.

I have found them both to be effective. Capusles are basically powder put into a cap.

i belive the fact its powder or capsules make no difference wat so ever except maybe in a couple of seconds difference in digestion...but what really makes a difference is the concentration of the compounds in the powder it self dats what makes one effective and another not...
