Hey guys, I am going to start bringing up my calories. . . well monday after i recomp from this thanksgiving disaster haha. Anyways I would like to carb cycle to see if i could put on maybe a few lean pounds before I go to florida, and possible shed a few more pounds of fat. The diet is laid out for all 3 days, I am just looking for oppinions to think if you guys agree it is ok.
Mon: High
Tues: Med
Wens: High
Thurs: med
Fri: high
Sat/sun: low
High carb days:
3300calories
300g protein
400g carbs
50g fat
Med Carb days:
2500 calories:
300g protein
200g carbs
50g fat
Low carb days:
2100 calories
300g protein
100g carb
50g fat
This comes out to about an average of 2800calories a day.
This Does not include any calories from fish oil, or uni-liver which will probally on average add 200c a day. so about an average of 3000 calories a day.
All the high carb days are on training days, low carb/med carb days I will do low intensity cardio.
