Hey guys, I am going to start bringing up my calories. . . well monday after i recomp from this thanksgiving disaster haha. Anyways I would like to carb cycle to see if i could put on maybe a few lean pounds before I go to florida, and possible shed a few more pounds of fat. The diet is laid out for all 3 days, I am just looking for oppinions to think if you guys agree it is ok.


Mon: High
Tues: Med
Wens: High
Thurs: med
Fri: high
Sat/sun: low

High carb days:
3300calories
300g protein
400g carbs
50g fat

Med Carb days:
2500 calories:
300g protein
200g carbs
50g fat

Low carb days:
2100 calories
300g protein
100g carb
50g fat

This comes out to about an average of 2800calories a day.

This Does not include any calories from fish oil, or uni-liver which will probally on average add 200c a day. so about an average of 3000 calories a day.

All the high carb days are on training days, low carb/med carb days I will do low intensity cardio.

8 whites, 2 yokes, 2 cups oatmeal
6 oz chicken, 12 oz sweet potato
2 cans tuna, 2 cups oatmeal
2 cans tuna, 12 oz sweet potato
6 oz chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 1 tbsb pb

med
8 whites, 2 yokes, 1 cup oatmeal
6 oz chicken, 6 oz sweet potato
2 cans tuna, 1 cup oatmeal
2 cans tuna, 6 oz sweet potato
6 oz chicken, 2 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp pb

low
8 whites, 2 yokes, 1/2 cup oatmeal
6 oz chicken, 3 oz sweet potato
2 cans tuna, 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 cans tuna, 3oz sweet potato
6 oz chicken, 2 cups brocolli, 1 tbsp pb

try animal cuts , animal pump and get some carb blockers

I'm just trying to bring my calories back up to maint. before i leave for florida and shed an extra pound or two. If I put on any mass i would be happy, but ideally just trying to level off calories and loose another few pounds.

alpha-amylase, the enzyme responsible for carb digestion. By blocking this enzyme, the carbs you eat won’t be absorbed.
