short and sweet. m-stak made me alot hottter while lifting, dialed me in, deadlift went up from lets say 335 but very well could have been 315 to 415 pounds! no jokes, check out my log in the training section about the roll. uhhhh, bb row, was able to do cluster sets of 3 reps with 295 when i maxed at like 275 before. squat, 180 for 24 reps, i think i could have done like 12 before. 250 to 270 for 1 rep max. partial squat went up by 90 pounds, 360 to 450. bench went up by 35 pounds on my 1 rep max. db shrugin the 135's from the 120's.
tricep pushdowns, 180 to 210 for 2 reps.
standing calve raises, 500 pounds for 12 to 610 for 9. ( fuckin calves are still small though!!)

I get mine from bodybuilding.com for $29.79 plus shipping, that's for 1 can. I haven't looked around too hard, maybe you could find it for even cheaper.

i found my stack for about 25 plus shiping just google it and u can find deals... once u start m stak ur never goin to want to stop i just went tho 42 day oy TEST and got ok gains but the whole time i missed my damn M stak

i forgot to say i was from canada!!!! you guys get m stak wayyyyyy cheaper then we do!!!
it has to be imported. if your in canada, and you want m-stak, 60 bucks including shipping fee's is the best price i have ever seen!!!

yo if ur a fellow canadian like myself, order from fitnessone.com .. i just got my m-stak there for around 29$..
i just checked fitnessone.com, it is pretty cheap, except shipping fee ispretty high ... 16$ i live in canada too, did you have to pay customs fees from that retailer?
