Heres some pics from our small, but intense first gathering.
The first group shot is, from left to right, Fury, mikeye, xtrout, and Madcat
I was the odd man out hittin shoulders, while everyone else hit arms.

Nice. We had one in CT yesterday as well. Good times had by all.
Looks like a good gym, good equipment. Hope you all had a good time. Next time, I'm sure there'll be a bigger turnout. Maybe the weekend of the Arnold? Ha. That gyms right in the area. That would be a scene.

Ya thats where the Animal Crew works out after the expo. So Im sure there will be something huge that weekend. And the owner is a great guy and is cool with letting us do this whenever, which is awesome.
Ya dude, the hookup on the daypass made my whole night. I mean I figured on paying like 10-15bux, even after the price posted earlier...
Then 5bux later I was like sweet, more money for tuna and chicken...
Good times.

Looks like the Ohio Boys brought the A Game to Cbus!
Get up to Akron, we will bring the pain for sure!

Ya thats where the Animal Crew works out after the expo. So Im sure there will be something huge that weekend. And the owner is a great guy and is cool with letting us do this whenever, which is awesome.
This is a great gym. They always welcome us when we need to train during the Arnold expo. We'll definitely have something cooked up for the Expo here.

Ya the gym was awesome- I liked the layout, it was different. And the dumbbells went up pretty high so that was cool. Basically I asked how much I would have to pay to train there, which would mean pushing aside a free membership to the University gym haha.

Unfortunatly no, it didnt really come up, but I wouldnt have been able to anyways. Finals week so I had to get my ass back to my apartment and study for my Biochem and Anatomy tests. Im sure we will next time though- Lord knows I was hungry haha.

although it was a small turnout THIS time, it was real nice puttin names and faces together, lets get this shit together and rep cbus. lets get thsi shit ready for the arnold.
Ya next time we ll have to make like a meal run after it too. Something good for post workout meals. I was pressed for time too which sucked, plus I didnt have a postworkout shake with me.
Had a killer back day today tho. Feels good to get back in after sunday off.

I've been liftin there for a few months now...the guys in there are awesome.
Can't wait to see what it looks like in there during the Arnold!
