Hey Root, this aint the 1st ABC ive seen you in, you got your fingers in every pie concerning the ABC's, your gonna have a yellow 'T' for every day of the week soon...

Yeah your tellin me. Yeah I hit a PR on the Incline Flys with those 85s today. There was a lot of iron pushed today. Next time it will be even bigger. Canton is next boys.

Looks like you boys repped it well! Only 125 DBs?!?!....pshhh! I heard BAM uses those for reverse curls. I like the solidarity with the yellow shirts (i know Roo....touchy subject). Definitely looked like a Pak. Great job.

Then Akron is 2.5 hours away... I am making the Steel City session with my girl on the 29th

I guess that's why the bring the Cage with them to the Arnold. Maybe somebody should contact Lee Haney, and see if he wants to start a ABC session at his Animal Kingdom in Atlanta? Just a thought.....
