Ok, everybody has seen the ad that says, " your rent is overdue, but your gym dues are paid."
How about this one, " you are expecting a nice return, your wife wants to fix the van, buy a new couch, pay off a credit card. You want to use the money to finance a bulk." use it ,IF you want it.
I am currently using pak,nitro g,shock therapy and storm. I want to use stak2 again, and also try the animal max and flex.If so I would do pak with breakfast, stak2 45 min pre, shock 30 min preworkout, storm and nitro g post, animal max in afternoon.
i cleaned up my diet, eat breakfast around 730 in chow hall ( army food), G Diesels mass shake around 1030, lunch ( army food)around 1200, shake again around 1530,supper ( army food) around 1800, workout 1900-2100, last meal at home around 2130.
