Nice man. I don't know 'bout you, but wide pull-ups are murder. That's what makes 'em great though, but it's awfully hard to master one's body weight on that move, that's what I hate, hehe. Love the fails, man. Try GVT sometime pre, it's really challenging.

Nice and simple work, man...no BS! I see you go really heavy on the delts and work up lighter. I came up with a mad idea that I've tried before I left for vacation. Superset something that gets you 8 to 10 reps, then do the same exercise you can get at least 15 reps with but do 12. Nice burn!

Doing awesome. Looks like I'm doing pretty well with the course, but sucks that I've been injured twice in seven weeks, so I can't go too hard as long as I still got the sprains.

The knee's much better now, but the wrist has only been injured for about three days. Halatang namamaga pa rin. Can hardly rotate my wrist without any pain. Anyway, when the arm dies, I've still got legs to train, haha!

10 min cardio on bike
bb rowing to power clean to push press to behind the neck press to squat - full rotation x 3 using 25 lbs on both sides of the bar
5 min cardio on bike
