There are two rules to pre and post workout nutrition.

Rule number 1: Always take a combo of whey, carbs and EAAs both pre and post workout.
Rule number 2: Don't fuck up rule number 1.

This post will focus on creating the perfect pre and post workout shake using animal supps.

Take one serving, mix it with 24 oz of water, drink 1/2 before workout, dilute with water, drink the rest during the workout. Then take another serving after.

1 packet of animal nitro G, 1/4 cup of carbo plus, 1 serving of storm, 1.5 scoops of iso whey.

Get all grape flavor and grow like an animal.

You can also opt to take a serving upon awakening.

Bottom line, if you can't grow taking this stack, you're in the wrong game.

Great suggestions B. Though I'm not sure it's a "rule" per se, now is it?

Well for me it is. I think a lot of people can attest to the fact that it builds muscle without fat if taken in the correct doses. Plus, it has a ton of research backing it and it's been proven in the gym. I think almost everyone can benefit from this type of protocol. By neglecting one or more of the ingredients or fogoing the pre and/or post shake altogether, you're really selling yourself short.

Not many people on this page are prepping for a show, so I think this shake can be consumed whether you are cutting or bulking. Obviously, you can use oats instead of simple carbs, etc, but whey+carbs+leucine is my general rule. As long as you get those in pre and post workout, you're covering your bases.

However, it is just my opinion.
