You know, I was talking to a few guys from Northern Minnesota. Perhaps ABC Duluth? That cage was pretty cool, bunch of caged animals we are!
Never though about that - Duluth would be good, hits MN top to bottom

Nice Pics, Looks like a nice Gym.
A Duluth Chapter would be cool also. I grew up in Duluth, and still travel up there a lot.
I cant wait until the next gathering.

Either that or early feb. Gym locations...good question. One of the guys I talked to works at "The Gym" in Plymouth. This place is a mecca. Just a thought

I have herd good things about The Gym" in Plymouth also.
Great pics including the weighted dip pics. Monticello clear up to the cities is a nice drive....Green Giant country. Have some friends in Lake Crystal. Good ABC session guys!

Thanks Rock! Stay tuned...We were talking about a deadlifting session for the next gathering. With the numbers everyone could do on the chest, I can't wait to hold a deadlifting exhibition.
