View Full Version : Problems with Universal Shipping?

Ok, has anyone else had problems with Universal Shipping or ordering products online from them because I have. Everytime (which constitutes for a whopping two times) I order online from Universal they end up selling me the wrong thing...The first time I ordered two black L shirts; when I received the package I opened it and found 2 black XL shirts that read the wrong thing?
So I emailed Universal thinking it was just some small oversight or even an error on my part. They told me to send the gear back with a note explaining the error. This is did explaining the whole thing. The next package I got from the contained the same thing. I was annoyed to say the least but I chalked it up to a sign from above that I should train harder to get into the XL's.

Next, I was so psyched to finally see the yellow Animal Iconic T's up for sale and immediatly purchased a yellow L. When I received the package this morning I not only contained no Yellow L Animal Iconic T but rather a sleeveless back T that said Im not here to talk...Im geting tired of this. I love Animal but I think this is rather ridiculous. I am hesitant to do the same thing I did last time only to get disappointed again. I really wanted that Yellow T and now its out of stock. Any advice?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Personally, I have never had an issue with Universal and their customer service has always been top notch. My advice is to PM J-Dawg or Universal Rep and they should be able to help you further.

In the meantime, lets just cool it with all the arguments fellas. If you cant post in this thread without going at it, then just stay away from the thread all together.

Steve, I would like to personally apologize on behalf of Universal Nutrition. Shipping mistakes should not be taken lightly, as what you ordered should be what is in the box. Please PM me with your mailing information and as to what t-shirts you should have received and I'll personally pack it up for you and have it placed on the UPS truck.

WOW!!! Now that's what I call outstanding Customer Service, and people wonder why I'd rather wait a few days for the mail than to go to those "Other Guys"
