To answer M60's question, remember now, you may get enough B-12 in your diet already...meat and dairy mostly. Usually vegetarians will suffer from a B-12 deficiency. B-12 helps make red blood cells and keeps your nervous system working properly.

If you think you need it, your doc can prescribe the real deal for you. The over the counter stuff is like taking a shot of caffeine really.
