Im starting the natural lean mass stack this coming monday. (M-Stak, Cuts, Paks) i train monday to friday hard in the gym. i work hard all week to play hard all weekend. i do everything right, until friday. after the gym its booze time with the boys. i dont go to the gym on the weekends (normally) but i play hockey sundays. is this going to affect my training with this stak? what i mean is, if i go out for a few drinks friday and saturday night, and im not training, should i still take my supps on those days? what about alcohol? or does it come down to how much i am willing to scarifice... holidays are coming, i know its going to be hard to stay outta the bars... just wanna make sure i stay on the right track. any info would be appreciated.

or quit liftin

you train hard the whole week
to fuck everything up on the weekends
so take my advice
quit drinkin or quit liftin

Do your self a huge favor and do some rechearch on what the booze is doing to your system, what effects it is going to have on your ability to gain and keep lean mass...Although every one is differnt and the amount you drink plays a big part in it...Drinking right after the work out is a killer man, you are robbing your body of water, thus no nuteriants are going to enter the muscle, nothing to repair the damage that you did in the gym....Read up, make an informed decision, and please be carefull out there....
