i over heard a guy tell his buddy that glutamine shouldnt be mixed wen your taking a nitric oxide... is this BULL?? or TRUTH? he said wen the two shouldnt be mixed..you can get sick.

Ok..I thought I just posted to this...I take shock therapy and Animal Pump prior to training then glutamine and the BCAA stack right after...never been sick from that.

this sounds like garbage to me man but if otherwise, I'd sure like to know since I use both together consistently...
Nitric Oxide would just enhance the transport of Glutamine through vasodilation!

Nitric oxide products are basically the amino acid arginine...so unless you get sick eating protein the whole idea is silly.
Now they could fight for uptake in the body and one may dominate the other. This could cause one of them to basically not work for you, but you'd have to ask someone with a lot more knowledge of bio chemistry than I ever plan to have :)

They don't share the same metabolic pathways so there shouldn't be any competition for absorption. Might be interesting to research...
Sounds to me like bad advice.
