14weeks and Change til the NPC Heartland Natural Classic in Minnesota.



Sitting at just under 10%, and hungry... I will be logging my workouts and thoughts up until contest time... Pics will be updated as regularly as possible.

You looked about 13 weeks out to me bro', just right to cruise in the last week and dial it in for the kill. Your leg separation is your secret weapon! You were also looking pretty full on no carbs so I think you got something good going on here.

Holiday is almost over... Some hardcore diet action is starting in the morning. 3 days of Tuna and Water always is a good kickstart. Physically AND Mentally challenging. I love it!

I hope everyones Christmas was good. I enjoyed some good old fashioned food and some delicious treats. The bloating has taken away any trace of my abs, and is messing with my head, but nothing I can't handle.


Anyways, like the great Dave Draper says, "Always and forever, plan a disciplined low calorie day following any unusually high calorie days."

Arbalest is right back on track after enjoying the holidays... Feels good! Tuna and water sucks by the way, but it works. Its also good to alleviate some of the mental trama of all the bloating. ;) Its an Ex-Fat Guy thing...


Anyways, couldn't hit the gym at the time I wanted too, so I was short and had to improvise. Just hit what I felt like today. Sometimes it's what you gotta do.

I'm a FFB as well, and No-Carb is the way it has to be for me, to shed the stubborn fat.
