sup fellas, i just found out that heart disease is a big problem in my family. (lucky me right) my cousin went through kimo, and my grandpa has had strokes and other shit, and my uncle chest problems. i have no clue about this, what would you guys advise or like to inform me on, my mom is also worried that my sups might fuck me over with. The only thing shes worried about is the shock therapy, cuz it says consult a physician if you have a history of disease. I do sports so i run all the time, and i do cardio two times a day right now, for a half hour at 60-70% max heart rate.

Bro, your 16 years old. Shock Therapy for one is a very potent NO booster and I don't think you should be taking it. Also, we are not at liberty to give out that kind of medical advice as no one on here is qualified to do so. I would suggest that you discontinue your use of Shock Therapy and seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner.
