Its the day after Leg day..you awake durin the night..u turn over on your side..and you already feel that glorious pain in ur legs startin to kick in..cnt wait till the morning when i gotta get up for a shit and cnt sit on the fuckin toilet like normal..but hey wots normal in this life..this is quality..this is wot we live for..this is our world! So you approach each step of the stairs..one at a time..it feels like your teaching your legs how to fuckin function again..one step..two steps..gettin there..they start to loosing up, your making progress..your girl/mom/pop/family look at you and say "wot the hell happend to you"..."looks like you've been in a war"..all they get back is a smirk and a little glint in the eye..a little look of madness! War you think..fuck no..only a fuckin battle..one of so so many..the war aint never gonna be over, not for a long long time! Its only gonna be over when you bury me in a fuckin box..and a big one at that! The Day after leg day..may you bathe in its glory..you kno you did somthin right!! You go eat..eat big..and your thinkin wots next..oh yea doin arms today..heavy arms..fuck yea..more pump..more pain..its like a fuckin drug..an addiction..a dedication..ONLY we BROTHERS understand!!

The Day After, I hop out of bed
--and fall on my ass, my hams vibrate up and down with electric agony. Ok, take it slow, stretch a little bit-Shit, theres some mass that wasn't there before on my quads, a little more definition in the notches next to my knees-then the liquid fire pouring through my veins snaps my dreamy ass out of it- I gotta get my ass of the floor and get to work. Alright, as I push-up myself to my knees, I feel a rush of endorphins, ahhh the pain tempered into a final light-headed push to my feet. Limping to the bathroom like a cowboy striding into a gunfight, cept' less intimidating and more lame duck. Falling backwards onto the shitter, hope I don't break that shit some day--after the deed is done and I dip myself back upright I think, damn normal people NEVER FELT THIS GOOD.
What a coincidence, I was just slowly lowering myself onto that toilet bowl in pain about an hour ago.
I just have to wait til tomorrow to tell you since today was leg day....
But with my past experiences, Id say you pretty well summed it up.

my little brother just went through this hell not long ago.
he did legs, and 3 days later went to shut his alarm off, and fell.
i envy the pain...i LOVE it...shows me that i did it right.
when i can barely walk and people around me just stare like i am a cripple....let em. People will ask me if i am ok, i always answer with an emphatical "hell yeah..weights did me good that time."
bring on the pain brothers...bring it on.!
