I'm extremely happy to be doing a 42 day run with Test and EAA Stak. I'll be recieving my product shortly, and am completely fired up to get started!!!
Just al ittle background:
I'm 39, currently 6'0", 193 lbs and training for my 2nd bodybuilding contest in August. The INBF Washington State Bodybuilding and Figure. I'm ready to take my physique to the next level, and know for sure that the Animal line is going to get me there!!
I know most everyone, if not EVERYONE knows what's in these two great products, but I'll post a little recap:
Animal Test
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Ultimate In Legal Hypertrophic, Pro-Testosterone Supplementation!
Animal Test is the ultimate in legal hypertrophic, pro-testosterone supplementation. Combining the most potent natural extracts with one of the hottest, patented, proven supplements to hit the industry in recent years, the all new Animal Test redefines the capabilities of bodybuilding supplementation.
The Pro-Androgen portion of the Animal Test formula couples dynamic herbal extracts designed to facilitate a rise in free and total testosterone with effective anti-estrogen compounds capable of maximizing the natural anabolic response. Translation? Explosive gains in strength and size. This complex includes the revered free test potentiator 3,4- divanillyl tetrahydrofuran with anabolic ketosterones extracted from Cissus Quadrangularis?another exciting bodybuilding ingredient. Fortified with yohimbe extract designed to enable physique recomposition, this is only the first facet of the powerful Test formula.
In order to capitalize on this blast of utilizable testosterone, Animal Test comes fully equipped with a combination of cutting edge anti-estrogens including the ultra antioxidant Trans Reservatrol with 3',5,7-Trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (Hesperetin) and Agaricus Bisporus polysaccharides. These constituents work to block circulating estrogen from reaching receptors as well as negating the inevitable estrogen boost brought about by excessive testosterone production, thus directly and indirectly promoting a higher ratio of circulating serum testosterone. Both components of the Pro-Androgen complex are assured for utmost efficiency and uptake through the inclusion of 6',7' Dihydroxybergamottin and patented Bioperine?the very best absorption-enhancing ingredients available today.
The final and perhaps the most dramatically powerful element of the new Animal Test formula is the inclusion of the highly heralded, proven and patented hypertrophic agent, Arachidonic Acid (AA). Backed by university research studies and real world testimonials, AA has taken the bodybuilding world by storm?and for good reason. Arachidonic Acid has multiple benefits for the hard training bodybuilder, the most dramatic of which are the ability for it to enhance androgen receptor sensitivity and to amplify training related muscle inflammation and in turn magnify hypertrophy. This status as an anabolic catalyst made it the perfect backbone for this new Animal formula?providing muscle building qualities by itself and augmenting the actions of the other extremely powerful ingredients that together comprise Animal Test.
EAA Stak
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
100% Free Form Aminos Targeted For Lean Mass!
EAA Stack, with its comprehensive essential amino acid (EAA) profile, is designed to deliver the correct ratios of key essential amino acids required for igniting the anabolic drive via increased muscle protein synthesis and decreased muscle protein breakdown. Recent research has shown that, following resistance exercise, only EAAs are needed to spark protein synthesis - non-essential amino acids (NEAAs) are not required and are effectively wasted. What makes EAA Stack superior is that it contains the right forms and dose of EAAs. By using only special Free Form aminos, EAA Stack delivers those critical aminos fast, when your muscles need them most. Each serving of EAA Stack also provides a proven 6,000mg dose. So on the road to recovery and new growth, be sure to fuel your muscles with EAA Stack
I'm looking forward to sharing the results with everyone!!!

This was a "rest" day. I still had to go split wood for 3 hours... But other than that, I spent most of the day "grazing". Tomorrow will be arms, delts, and abs... I noticed I haven't posted my "ab routine". Basically, since I'm in a building phase, I just do 3 sets of 30 for crunches and leg raises, 3X per week...

The concern was timing. But, from what I gather if I'm going to do it, it should be during and post workout. Any thoughts?

EAA Stack, pre and post, as supported by the literature. What I sometimes do is mix a big jug of it, and start sipping before, during and after. But that's just me.

The past 24 hours have been crazy! No workout yesterday or today. I left this morning at 3:30 AM, and flew in to Kansas, for my Dad's 60th B-Day this friday. After only 4 hours of sleep, and a long flight with a layover in Minneapolis, I'm finally getting settled in. Dad hooked me up with being able to hit his gym, while I'm here, so I can keep at it. Diet and sleep are totally screwed up, but I hope to be back on track tomorrow.

Well, the workout was interesting, to say the least. The people at the counter only saw that I wasn't a memeber, and kept wanting me to join, despite the fact that I didn't live in Wichita. All they saw was that I was there on a guest pass. But, after listening to their sales pitch, and declining, they let me alone for a bit.
So, I had a couple of hours to kill, so I figured I'd kill my muscles.

Well, another couple of crazy days... Got up at 2 am (My time) Packed my bags, and caught a flight out of Kansas at 5:30 (My time) This was Sunday, btw... Got to know the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport REAL well... Connection started at one end of the airport, and wound up at the other... Landed in Washington state at 1:30 pm my time, and got my luggage at 2:30.
Drove to the in-laws for dinner, and got there at 3:00. Had an awesome turkey dinner... (one turkey leg, one heap of mashed potatoes w/ gravy, a good-sized helping of Normany vegetable mix, and some rolls...) Left there at 6:00 pm, and hit the road for a 2 hour drive home... We got 7 miles from home, and hit smack in the midle of snow and ice... Now, most of the drive is uphill, and visibilty sucked... So, we got home about 8:30... Now, I've been up since 2:00 am, and am full and tired... So, my wife tells me, that we went from 2 inches of snow to 4 at 9:00 pm... Just lovely... So I finally get to sleep...
I wake up at 4:30 in the morning, and see a vast sea of snow... I live at the bottom of a hill... So, I try to make it up the hill to no avail, many times... So, guess who has to call in at work? Anyhow... I did the snow shoveling routine, finally made it out of my driveway around noon, and went to go get some de-icer for the driveway...
Well, I got home, and checked the mail... Lo and behold... I finally have my Animal Owners Manual!!! o now I'm stoked!!! I've been reading that thing from front to back!!!! G Diesel, Machine, Schak, and everyone else... You completely rock!!! I'm starting tomorrow off with my new Animal Routines... So, my mind got a workout today, and tomorrow, my very foundation will begin to shake!!!!!

The AOM rocks. I got mine a few weeks ago, love it. Got one for my son when we were at the ABC Saturday. He almost finished it already LOL!
Good to see you are keeping motivated during "life" brother! Keep on keepin on man.

I'm considering going back to a high rep scheme for a little bit, since my body seems to grow better. I'm probably also going to lay off the Anator for a bit, since I'm hitting too much post workout supps, and the addition of it seems to cause some digestive issues.

Well, let me tell ya... These past few days have damn near set me on my ass...
For starters, my best friend, who is pretty near like a biological brother died twice in 24 hours... He's a truck driver, with typical truck driver mentality... Eats greasy food at home and on the road... Drank Red Bull, Monster, Mountain Dew, and coffee at every turn... And exercise was the PlayStation... He's 36, and just had a heart attack right before the Holidays... Had chest pain on Sunday, and didn't bother to tell anyone... They did his strees test on Friday, and before they even touched him his heart rate was 202... They gave him some meds to slow his rate down, and he Coded... They got him to the cardiac unit, and had to defibrillate him after he got there... Well, after the 3rd try that worked... Saturday, I went to dinner at "Famous Dave's" and many cows died in my honor... *L* Then we went to the hospital and saw my buddy, and after they kicked us out at 8:30 PM, we made our way downtown to the "Theater" where we saw Jeff Dunham... (He's a comedian who uses puppets in his act, and is funny as hell....!!!!) So we got home at 1:15 AM, and hit the bed... We got up early in the morning and did dishes, laundry, housecleaning, etc... And found out our company wasn't coming just before SuperBowl kickoff... But, anyhow... The Giants ended the Patriots "streak", and I'm a VERY happy boy... *L*

Hit the arms on Saturday, with a bit of an unorthodox method. I basically took a 25 lb DB, and hit as many incline curls as I could do. I didn't count sets or reps, I just kept going till I couldn't do anymore. I did the same with front and back wrist curls, and kicbacks. I got one heck of a pump, and took out my frustration over my friend's condition.

Last night had to be one of my most unusual workouts to date. I was doing my workout at home last night, due to inclement weather, and the power went out. Now, there's not much I can do about not having lights and heat, and I was just beginning workout. So, I decided to just keep on going. If anything, it was going to keep my warm. *L*

The calves are FRIED!!! I usually alternate between doing a set of 100 either with calf raises or leg extensions. The pump from it is amazing, and I get great results from it.

Great way to work "though" frustrations bro. Finding a pack on Animal Nitro you forgot you had is like finding a 5 in the couch man ;)

Most definitely! However, I'm paying the price for it, both yesterday and today. No workout yesterday, and am going to hit just quads, tonight.

Well, I'm going into the final week of this stack. And, I must say, the results have been great! Increased strength, muscle hardening, and perhaps some size increase! No mood shifts, or anything crazy like that. And, I've said it before, I'll say it again, the watermelon flavor is phenominal!!!

Gotta do it however your time and your body allows bro. The main thing is you ARE doing it. Feels good to say goodbye to the old couch potato ways doesn't it? Ain't no going back now! :)

After this, I've ordered some M-Stak, and have that NEW Torrent to look forward to. Definitely keeping the watermelon EAA Stak as part of my arsenal, for sure!

Your going to love it bro. I am just finishing that cycle-off with M-Stak that you are talking about. 2 packs left after today. I can tell you for sure that M-Stak helps keep you anabolic. Helps preserve your gains. But it also helped me keep my strength up too! I've continued to gain.
I cannot say enough about the Torrent either. Can't wait to see what the new flavor is :)

Last night was 45 min on the tread, and my usual ab routine. I've got two more workouts left, before the end of this run. Tonight I'll be hittin' chest and back, last day will be arms, delts, and traps. I'll be eatin' like a mofo, and starting on M-Stak, after this run.

Well... This is my final post on this... I'm a bit hesitant to write this last post, because... It brought me closer to some brothers that kept me goin'... Hoomgar, Intensity, J-hicks, U-Rep, Hollow1, DirtyDean, and a lot more... And, you guys helped me make the most out of this!!! And, I thank you, one and all... Now, down to business...
I'm not good at all the stats, but here goes...
Animal Test 10/10... (The burns, the added power, and the drive...)
Juicy watermelon EAA Stak... Is there a number on a 10 scale that blows 10 away?
The taste, the mixability, the results? I was truly honored to do this... (I almost feel like I should have paid to do this...)
